My stay at the hotel was overall a wonderful experience. The hotel is clean and well-organized, with comfortable and spacious rooms equipped with all the essential amenities. What I particularly liked was its prime location, which offers easy access to tourist attractions and local facilities. What truly enhanced my stay was the staff's service, especially the staff at the reception. They were always smiling and extremely helpful. They went the extra mile to accommodate my requests and offered great advice on places to visit in the city, adding a personal touch to the service. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay and excellent customer service.

I have stayed in many Novotel hotels in Europe and Middle East, but nothing compares to my experience in Novotel Dammam. The hospitality is just another level, staff makes you feel home away from home. Impeccable service ensuring guests needs are met with eye on details from the enterance as concierge & reception till you are in your room as cleaning & maintenance. Spacious room, excellent location. Health club with gym and pool makes you refreshed and relaxed after a busy and long day. Thank you Novotel Dammam for a memorable stay.

Tasty food, very friendly staff, Special thanks to the Front office team, Ms. Samah was so helpful & professional, she did check in for me and my colleague at 10 am and the rooms were ready, the breakfast was so tasty and there’s a variety of different dishes, I really enjoyed it was only one day but I think it was a great , I didn’t notice that there’s any thing was missing in my room everything was there , water, bath supplies, slippers, the room was very clean , it was really perfect.

They don’t have limousine service & There is no concierge to help you out getting a taxi

Need to review few things like: 1. More sockets for phone charging requited especially, on both sides of the bed. 2. If there are 2 TVs in a room, command from 1 remote disturbs the other TV. 3. Very few Parking slots. It is always a concern if returning late to hotel.

Staff here are wonderful, especially the receptionist who goes out of her way to make sure you have everything you need. She is to be commended. Everyone I encountered was so kind and helpful.The bed was very comfortable, there was no noise disturbance. overall it was a great experience.

I like the staff, starting from the friendly bell boy at the gate, the funny and amazing reception girl then the kind and generous housekeeping boy that he helpful and try to let you stay more comfortable. The room is fine compared to other hotels.Overall it was a good experience.

The staff here are fantastic, particularly Ms. Lina and Ms. Samah at the reception, who go above and beyond to ensure you have all that you require. Every person I met was exceptionally kind and supportive. The rooms were very cozy, and everything met my expectations.

I am a frequent business traveler and have been to many hotels around the world. I have never seen a better customer service than at this hotel. I would like to name the lady at the reception Ayat as the Best Ever Customer Care Provider. she is a Saudi young lady that has a passion to help and serve customers. She goes out of her way to assist and support. I had a package to send by courier. I left with her and she sent it with driver to the courier company. We asked for few other things at the hotel and she was always the reference point to make it happen. Ayat is an excellent example of Best Practice. I met the hotel manager also Ali Al Agnam who was outside his office to talk to customers. Although the location of the hotel was not to our choice, but the facilities, staff, service are all EXCELLENT

The location may be best for those attending a conference at the hotel or for business meetings at the business park. However, for general visitors and tourists, the location is bad.

Hotel was very clean and perfect . It was also a great value for the money. , The staff of the hotel is very well mannered and gave me a very warm welcome. The room service and housekeeping staff was cooperative and professional too
