1. The location is decent and in the center of Dammam in a vital area that is surrounded by pharmacies, restaurants, shops. 2. The car parking is quite limited but there are a room of parking areas onsite in the Main Street for free. 3. The one bed room apartment is specious with many options, one king size bed or two small beds. 4. The room facilities are great for families who intend to stay for long period, it has automatic washing machine, microwave, kettle, etc… 5. The sitting area is fine with normal TVs (not smart). 6. The check in and check out process are fast with friendly staff attitude. 7. The breakfast buffet is cool with nice items including fava beans, eggplants, egg station, cooked chicken, bakeries, mashed potatoes, drinks, pop corn, etc…

The hotel breakfast was a delightful start to the day! The variety was impressive, offering fresh salad, hot dishes, and made-to-order options like omelets. The ingredients were fresh, and everything was perfectly prepared. The staff was attentive, ensuring the buffet remained well-stocked and the dining area clean.

Floor cleanliness

Overall, good hotel to stay for few days in working trip. Simple, maintained very clean and nicely decorated. My room was 1-bedroom, in fact it is more like a studio with regular hotel bedroom and separate small chilling zone with TV and kitchen. Everything is clean and comfortable. Breakfast is good, 5-6 hot dishes, all cooked very well, also some salads, fruits, bread and sneaks - due to good cooking, breakfast was much better than I expected. The city area has a number of local cafes and small supermarkets.

The cafe is small, the menu is not always available. The windows are small. They painted the walls during our stay without notifying us which unfortunately impacted our room with dust. Because they didn’t seal the doors.

Fantastic location, exceptional staff, and impeccably clean rooms! I had such a deep and restful sleep that I ended up requesting a late check-out—and to my surprise, the reception generously extended it until 5 PM. 🤩 Talk about great service! I must have been lucky today. Looking forward to staying here again whenever I’m in the city!

Parking space limited Parking in basement, glass door not operate open , by using my room card key as been told by reception. No intercom or phone out in basement to call reception to come and open glass sliding door. Have to pack all your luggage back in car , Returned back to reception, reported my issue , they will fix my issue , Actually nothing happened or been done .

I like everything. The staff are really amazing especially the receptionist upon our arrival and our arrival time was really early but he was very helpful and allowed us to check in early. The apartment is really clean and nice. Beds are comfortable.

the first day breakfast was quite okay but after that it was very bad which was not expected. complained already but not improve.....

your staff always forget to keep required towel and Shampo to the bathroom. water leakage from basin which had complained

Great apartment, fantastic value for money, decent breakfast Nice experience overall .Values for money. Room service was great and the saudi reception girls were professional. Automatic laundary machine in the room is a great adds. Location is perfect for easy move in city.
