The location is very good, quiet and safe,close to the sea promenade, a big clean appartment, a small shop nearby, we ordered breakfast (50SAR) which was large and delicious, staff very friendly and helpful.

I was looking forward to seeing the sea out od the window, which is really close, but the windows are not possible to open and you can not see anything. Concerning equipment in the kitchen, there are only two cups, coffee and tea available, electrical kettler,but no dished no plates no cutlery,but it may be standard, I don't know. Anyway we were very satisfied to stay here.

Spacious room with hospitable staffs. A lot of parking spots. The staff attended to my request with ease and warm smile. The people at the front desk and in the buffet area are very friendly and helpful. The bed and pillows are really comfortable. Thank you for being very hospitable during my stay

The furniture is quite old but its all good but will be much better if the room is not too dark due to the dark furniture colours.

Arrived way earlier, the room was already prepared, checked-in with no extra fees, spacious room with a very comfy bed, toiletries in the bathroom, tea/coffee/water in the room, great view to the corniche and the sea! Fantastic location!

Everything was good, just maybe it was difficult to charge the gadgets due to the location of the sockets, the rest was very pleasant!

The Internet WiFi had some issues and TV reception needs improvement. As a sincere guest I am notifying them to improve this to make it a perfect place. It was working, but just needs to be upgraded.

The duplex room. A whole apartment with bedrooms, living room, staircase, kitchen. Super clean. Friendly desk staff.

The pool times were a bit limited. Lack of windows but this is typical of Saudi apartment/hotel design.

The room was huge and very comfortable

Despite declaring "Pay from Wallet" the desk staff was not aware of such arrangements therefore anyone expecting to pay from Wallet should reconsider payment option

The curtains in room are not black out in a sunny city so the room light up very early

Location is great. Everything is close by. It’s on a beachfront so you can go anytime.
