Hotel Condition: The hotel felt quite old and had a worn-down appearance, which was disappointing. Room Door: The door to my room was not working properly, causing inconvenience they had to shift me to other room. Next Room Smell:The second room had a strong, unpleasant odor that was hard to ignore. Breakfast: The breakfast offered was not nice, lacking in quality and variety.

I was in the 2-room apartment with a very comfortable bed, bathroom and sitting room. Hotel has a lots of options for recreation (open swimming pool, gym, spa center). Breakfast was great, the staff was nice. Around the hotel are many restaurants and it's safe to walk around to the bazaar and Corniche.

Everything was fine.

Very good hotel , rooms are big and clean well maintained, the location of the hotel in A heart of the city and lulu hypermarket inside the hotel itself to make the trip more comfortable. cooperative staff and mataines team . And I appreciate house keeping department and cooperative staff from front desk Mrs Heba .. gave wonderful discount and advice on extended days of my trip.

I want to commend the staff at this hotel for their exceptional service and warm hospitality. From the front desk to the housekeeping team, everyone has been incredibly attentive and friendly. As for the rooms, they are both comfortable and well-appointed, with attention to detail in design, cleanliness, and amenities.

hotel and rooms was clean , Staff are friendly and helpful specially the receptionist ALSALJAH & Ameer , they help me to find out a shoes we forgot after three days of check out , also help me to modify my stay dates , over all its good value for money

Pool was out of service and the Gym is poor, breakfast was included but I missed it because no-one acknowledge me about the timing also no ironing facilities in the room as mentioned on booking

The room size is huge and the location is perfect. Staff is really friendly and helpful.

The room wasn't as clean as other rooms in the same hotel, carpet had stains on it, etc. I would stay at this hotel but not in the same room. Also the water in bathroom was too hot, I live in Dubai but water here was too hot.

I almost always stay here when I’m visiting the Eastern provinces, location , Staff and the Rooms are great

You need to check the room before accepting it , as some rooms do require refurbishing

The breakfast is okay, international standard. The omelette is nice. We booked a double room but it was upgraded to a Junior room for free. It also has an extra toilet.

The facilities in the room are great. There is a microwave so we can heat the food up. Btw, it would be better if the shower room has a divider on the floor so the water doesn't go through flowing in front of the toilet though there is another clean toilet at the entrance of the room.
