The staff in reception should be welcoming or atleast have some smile on their face 😃 This was the only 5* hotel where I didn’t find anyone smiling despite EID DAY 🤣

An excess amount was charged to our company credit card for the reservation made through Booking with the confirmation code 5103671644. Our appeal was answered on August 7th, and we were informed that the refund would be made to our credit card within 14 days at the latest. However, the refunded amount has not yet been reflected on our company credit card. It has already been 14 days, and I am unable to reach customer service. We kindly but urgently request you to process the refund without any further delay.

Location is very accessible and lots of restaurants and fast foods within the vicinity. There's a mall too around 300m with big supermarket for your convenience. The room is big and typical to those "real" hotels of yesteryears with clean sheets and comfortable pillows. Breakfast is great with lots of choices and offers either a sunny table overlooking the pool or a quiet table near the food area.

I think the wooden chair with textile covering inside the room will need some cleaning due to some visible stains in the arm rest and other parts.

Good day, We enjoyed staying at your hotel for sure. But you need to, but in your consideration, the noise of children making at 0100 after midnight, which was too annoying. Plus, children coming out of hotel swimming pool wet and walking all the way to their rooms wetting the floor and may cause someone skipping down because of wet floor and getting injured. Regards

Very kind staff members at the reception, all Saudi's been very supportive, and also the concierge services been very professional. Rooms are very clean, and the price is very competitive.

The only point that I would like to raise is more of a safety concern, the bathroom floor is slip hazard using the slippers provided by the hotel. I highly recommend that visitors receive better quality slippers to avoid slipping and getting injured.

It's comfort room and easy to travel location. Breakfast experience staff must pay attentive when the food over in the counter. 1st day NO COFFEE in the bowel, 2nd day No boiled egg ? rest of the items are fine.

Comfortable room with nice view over towards the Corniche in the distance. The gym and breakfast were good. The outdoor pool looked inviting as a place to cool down but was closed in the evenings as there was no lifeguard on duty. The location is reasonable and you can walk to the Corniche and some of the tourist locations in the city but it isn't easy. I'd imagine in the summer, you would need to take a car or taxi.

The room was a little bit dated and worn in places.
