Our stay at Dana Rayhaan by Rotana was exceptional! We spent 4 nights in rooms 1516 and 1510, both of which were impeccably clean and offered stunning sea views that made our trip unforgettable. The daily breakfast at Elements restaurant was a highlight, featuring a wide variety of tasty options. The pool area was pleasant and well-maintained, providing a great spot to unwind. The check-in was quite slow, especially during the busy Eid holiday time, which was a bit of a drawback. The hotel's location was very convenient, with easy access to Dammam Corniche, the airport (30 mins. by Uber), and Al-Khobar (20 mins.). 1- light control issue (it turned on several times while i am sleeping or having a cozy night) it is like turn all the lights on like a surprise. 2- phone issue i have keep calling the receptionist to fix the light issue and no one picked up the phone. I was trying several times for 30 mins until i went down and they sent the technician to find the issue it turned the phone is retired. And he reboot the light and later on the light issue plays hide and seek with. Is when you turn off the light with the next 15 to 35 minutes it will turn on all the lights. I had issue for the 3 days. 3- At the lobby, I went few times to chill at the lobby (for a Coffee) and i have been sitting for more then 30 mins no one passed by to take my order even on the last day during the check out.

I had a good stay at Dana Rayhaan by Rotana in Dammam. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The purpose of my reservation at the hotel was to relax, stay there, and enjoy the hotel’s facilities and services, and because other customer comments praised the room service of this hotel, that is why I chose it, but I was disappointed my first experience was that I asked for ice and wanted to drink cold water ,They received my call with approval and I waited for a while and I didn’t get the ice ,I gave up and drank the warm water and did not use room service again .

Amazing staff, excellent location, clean and comfortable

The AC was loud, however, the customer services deputy manager told that they are aware of it and it is only at some identified rooms and they are working on it.

The moment I got inside the hotel for check-in, Mr.Qusai welcomed me with a smile and a nice chit-chat. He was super friendly with extreme professionalism. He helped me with check-in procedures in really quick time and provided me with the best sea view room at the 19th floor. The hotel was clean, neat and I really enjoyed my stay there for 3 nights. Never felt anything negative. I didn’t even call the reception guys in these 3 days except at the time of check-out. The break fast was good too. Highly recommended hotel stay.

Internet was super slow. I stayed there for work purpose and I had to connect using my mobile hotspot. Pls look into this.

I want to say I have a very good experience during the time stay in your hotel, as I travel from Dubai, Jeddah, Riyadh, Dammam, I got the best hotel I found. Decoration is very good and peoples are very nice, we will coming again if next time travel to Dammam. For the front desk, Mr. Al Waleed, very very good man, he help me to order food from outside because I do not have KSA tel number. I feel so warm when he agree. Thank you for all the staff hard working. but one suggest from my side, breakfast could arranged some Asia type, that will be much more better. Thank you again.

i needed an extended checkout until 6pm which the hotel charged me for, i had previously that week stayed in a hotel in Riyadh where i needed a similar late checkout and they gave to me free of charge. otherwise great hotel to stay in.

The hotel is new, beautifully maintained, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a room with an incredible sea view right on the waterfront! The location is also prime, with easy access to key spots in the city. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay.
