The hotel has a great location, with the Ashate Mall just a 2-minute walk away. It’s quiet, family-friendly, and features a kids’ playground, making it a great option for families looking to save money. A special mention to Mr. Mohamoud, who made the check-in process smooth and easy. He also kindly provided a room with a poolside view, which was a nice touch.

On the other hand, the apartment could benefit from some updates to make it look more modern. However, the hotel is very clean overall, and we had a pleasant stay.

This aparthotel really exceeded my expectations! Super comfortable beds, extremely spacious, good value for money (given that KSA is not so cheap in general) and right next door to a big mall with lots of food / coffee / shopping options, as well as within a 15-minute walk for the Dammam Corniche for a walk or run. Overall very good!

The only negative sides was that my room did not have any windows, and the door room key card kept on losing its magnetic charge, so I had to get it reset each time I wanted to enter my room.

Location was amazingly good. Cleanliness, and most amenities are at par of a 4 star. However some amenities are at the level of 3 star. Very comfortable and full of kitchen supplies.

Values slightly higher, however for short stay it should be fine. Not recommended for long stay. We were given a smoking room and had to ask for multiple air fresheners to get rid of that smell. Swimming pool was not heated and gym facilities are not good.

friendly staff, they allowed us to check in early @12pm. the room was clean the check out took less than 5 mins. the room was too big.

there was some maintenance happening in the next room so there was some noise for like an hour. the AC is directed to the bed and it was too cold. the treadmill at the gym wasn't working.

The hotel is just next to a mall with Carrefour and many restaurant and food-court. which is convenient. Room is small, but comfortable, all amenities are complete. There were kids-playland and gym. Many parking paces in the basement, also outdoor in front of the hotel.

For the brand name, i was expecting a more modern décor like they have in the lobby. The room décor is quite old-fashion with dark wood-colour made it it feel small-ish.

Nice staff, nice room, comfortable bathroom, cleanliness, right next to many shopping malls. The pool is on the street level but you can't see the street. If you are looking for a hotel with a pool, we'd definitely recommend this hotel!

No extra towels for the pool provided.

Friendly staff. Exceptionally clean for this price point. Clean bedsheets and towel. Working shower. Good breakfast- delivered fast.
