The room was clean and well-maintained, and overall cleanliness throughout the hotel was very satisfactory. However, the breakfast was a bit disappointing — the options were limited and quite repetitive each day, especially when compared to the value of money paid. A bit more variety would definitely improve the overall experience.

The breakfast lacked variety and was almost the same every day. For the price paid, I expected more diverse and fresh options. It felt a bit limited compared to the overall value of the stay.

Staying at this hotel has been such a special and memorable especially for my wife. We celebrated our 18th Wedding Anniversary here, and it made the moment truly unforgettable. I was impressed by the high professionalism level of the staff , a remarkable customer service experience that is one of the best experiences I’ve ever had was with the Customer Service team member Named Mr. Nasser AlQahtani . Mr. Nasser has made my life easy by advising me to register in the Loyalty Program of the GHA Discovery, which I have highly benefited from as I am a frequent guest at Kempinski, and now I am enjoying benefits that are more than what I expect, starting from collecting points, receiving discounts on my weekly booking and enjoying premium services as a loyal guest…. I am thankful for Mr. Nasser for making my experience as a guest a truly wonderful one. I am convinced that Kempinski Hotel Management has succeeded in hiring and deploying the right staff for the best quality service. I will definitely remain a loyal guest in Kempinski Hotel.

Nothing… Basically everything is excellent

Worth its 5 star rating, very comfortable stay, excellent and professional staff, rapid checkin and check out, valet parking, spacious rooms and spacious bathroom, welcoming atmosphere inspite of the peak Eid season.

Although the breakfast was good, my repeated request to make the omelette well cooked, well fried didnot help. They repeatedly served half done omelettes, white in colour with egg whites flowing inside. When they ask the guest their choice and note it down, they can ensure that it is done too.

The team & service was exceptional and could not do more to have made me feel welcomed. Special thanks to the events team - Danah, Maria & Arikrahman - for organising our meeting rooms so well - they were a dream to work with and made sure every request was dealt with promptly and professionally. Thanks also to Maria ‘lady in red’ for being so friendly and welcoming. I really appreciated such genuine hospitality and it make my stay extra special.

Location - as it was personally not as well positioned as other properties for my work.

The suite we stayed in was clean and well-maintained, which was definitely a plus. However, I found the overall cost to be on the expensive side considering what was offered. One particular incident left a sour note in an otherwise decent stay. While discussing the possibility of extending our booking with a male receptionist, a female staff member who was not involved in the conversation abruptly joined in, offering unsolicited opinions and interfering with our discussion. This intrusion felt rude and unprofessional, as she didn't have context or permission to participate in our conversation. Unfortunately, this unwanted interference led us to cancel our booking extension altogether. Although I do not know the name of the staff member who interfered, I believe the hotel management could potentially identify her through CCTV footage. It is worth noting that our decision to cancel the extension occurred shortly after this incident. Despite this unpleasant experience with the staff member, the rest of the hotel services were satisfactory. I hope the management addresses these issues to ensure that guests receive the level of privacy and professionalism they expect during their stay. Overall, our experience was a mix of positives and negatives, with the unwelcome interference being the main downside of an otherwise good stay.

I liked the reception guy I forgot his name, he was incredible and amazing to deal with us with professional way becouse the hotel was full booked and takes some time for check in And the shower was phenomenal 🙌 one of the best shower I had, strong water

It was a fun and different experience. Everything was perfect and luxurious, from the reception until the last arrival to the room. I was very happy because of Shobarar& WIWAMS DoorMans) They were very friendly, responsive, helpful and respectful. I felt very welcome because of them and that is a very good feeling.

Helpful and professional staff. Specious room. Its beyond my expectations. I ordered special requests to my room for a unique occasion and they did it professionally & elegantly. Only one small thing that it’s near to the main road. So, you nees to drive by car to reach the attractions or the beach.

My room was an executive room near the service lift, so it was noisy. so they did an upgrade to a sweet. We enjoyed it. The breakfast was on the roof but the decoration was old-fashioned and the food was less than average. They need to improve their bakery and redecorate the restaurant.
