Everything - this was perfect for our needs and exceeded our expectations! We had a room on the 10th floor overlooking the Danube and Linz, and there are good lifts that we didn't have to queue for. This was a 1 night cycle tour stop over (we cycled the north bank, but it was easy to cross over), and this hotel is a popular stop for cyclists. Cycle storage was excellent - there is an underground garage area with an enclosed large cage for cycles inside. There is a key needed to the garage area from outside the hotel, and key card access to the cycle cage (the same key as our room). The lifts are near to the cycle cage, so it is easy to unload and load the bikes under cover. Secure storage, easy loading under cover. The staff were friendly and efficient, and spoke good English. The hotel was smart, clean, and contemporary. Breakfast was superb, with fantastic views across the Danube. There was a large choice of hot and cold food, and many choices for drinks. Staff were attentive and efficient. This was included with our room cost. Breakfast exceeded our expectations, especially with the great choice of food and view! We paid €74 for 2 of us, including breakfast. I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel without hesitation - whether you're a cyclist or other tourist.

Nothing - this stop was superb!

The hotel is located in a quiet and green area on the banks of the Danube, just a 10-minute walk from Hauptplatz. Everything was perfect: the view from the 9th floor to the Danube, the breakfast with everything, from cold meats and cheeses to omelettes with bacon, the friendly staff.

The only aspect, but not of great importance, was the carpeting, a bit used, but taking into account that they will move to a new location in 2026, it is understandable the lack of minor investments

The breakfast was outstanding. Big choice, self-made jam, Muesli, Porridge, grilled vegetables... and so much more. Unfortunately, there was not enough time to enjoy all of the specialities ... and therefore, some people would say it is a bit expensive (24 €/day). But still... fantastic choice !

Although reception people were very kind and nice, they did not feel able to call the Translation (luggage was missing) or to help me out with finding a solution.

We were very comfortable. The room was clean, quiet and well organised with easy access using the lift. The dining area with gorgeous views over the Danube was comfortable, efficient and staffed with very friendly helpful staff. The breakfast buffet was extensive and full of delicious choices and the meals, coffees and cake we consumed were equally tasty, nicely presented and served. Quiet corners to work were easily found. The hotel was perfectly located for the event we were attending in the Brucknerhaus next door and also an easy walk away from the centre of Linz for a pleasant wander in town.

The room was very warm which meant nighttime comfort was difficult. I also would have appreciated a comfortable chair in the room although there were plenty of comfy chairs/settees in the dining area which were much appreciated.

To expensive

Menu could do with adding more meals that contain different vegetables and we had two meals there. On our way back we had fried chicken in bread crumbs it was very dry side dish of cold potatoes sliced in I believe some kind of sauce with lambs lettuce not a hearty meal after a long journey. Needs more varied Menu.

Friendly and helpful people clean and comfortable room View of Danube

I know there is no air conditioning but a fan would have been nice. Bad timing with room near (over) amphitheatre due to noise would have been nice to be offered another room with staff being aware of the use of the amphitheatre

Excellent location for the Brucknerhaus, as its right next door! Good breakfast. We also ate our evening meal at the restaurant and can highly recommend it! We had a fabulous view over the Danube from our room. The old town centre is within walking distance and takes about ten minutes along the bank of the river.

The bathroom could be a little larger.

The hotel was situated at Danube river bank, approximately 15 minutes by walk from main square. Room was clean and there was everything I need. Personel was nice and helpful.

In my opinion, everything was fine. Maybe, there could be some blanket in room because in the evening was little bit cold and little bit longer curtain because it didnt cover the whole block of windows.

It's a relative old building / hotel, but nicely kept and fully up to current standards in its price class. Spacious room, nice views over the Danube, very nice and accommodating staff.

the room styling is rather traditional, but very descent. If you are looking for funky design and the newest gadgets, this might not be for you.

Location is great - right on the river bank, with amazing view. The staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurant is really nice and food was delicious. The hotel is big, with it's own big parking.

The rooms are not very clean, sometimes even dusty. The carpet had holes..it was really strange.
