I’m a wheelchair user and this property is very accessible. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the onsite facilities are great, very clean and also all accessible. The indoor pool has accessible equipment to get into the pool and is open until late. My room was fantastic, plenty of space, super accessible bathroom, good coffee machine in the room and the bedroom door even opened automatically when you swipe the key card (for accessibility). The onsite food options are very good, the breakfast is buffet style and has a good variety of options, the staff will take your order at the table or let you get your own. The room service options are also very good and I ordered food in from Ubereats often and this worked well due to the location too. The hotel is situated very close to a train station making it very easy to get around the city.

Very little that I didn’t like about this property, it was great. Perhaps the layout of the accessible room could be better. There was a table and two chairs which were a bit redundant and took up quite a lot of space when navigating around the room in a wheelchair, and the clothes hanging rails could perhaps be lower so that they are reachable from sitting down. Otherwise it was excellent.

Staff did a great job - front desk answered questions & helped us use public transport, room service & housekeeping very good, and the room service menu was excellent. Room was well-equipped with refrigerator, microwave, excellent shower. Very convenient to the O-train. Overall experience felt like extremely good value for the cost.

Just small things. 1. Room needed more lighting especially on a cloudy day - couldn’t read at the desk without a flashlight. 2. Location a little far from some of the main attractions (we were there for race weekend) though certainly walkable.

Staff friendly and helped as our room 617 had a heavy knob that came off the shaft in the shower and almost hurt my foot. They removed the parking fee as a good gesture. And promised to have it fixed.

Breakfast was so,so, for 3 people for 75$ but was included in our stay as I would never pay that much for a so,so breakfast. Not sure if pulled pork tacos for breakfast is a good thing. I would of loved baked beans, bacon, and hard boiled eggs. They had one waffle machine working and other was not beeping to let you know when to flip turn it.

Great location, friendly staff, right at downtown. Bed was comfy. The view at the river view room was good. Easily accessible. Close to O train station and the bus stop. Walkable distance to many places. Spent a weekend there and I was happy with the experience. Will definitely stay there again.

if I have to mention something..then Toilet paper was too rough, conditioner was not filled, no toiletries . But that didn't really matter

The Hotel was fabulous and very clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful, lovely restaurant with delicious food, parking was good with elevator into Hotel from parking lot. Location was perfect for walking to all the attractions, very central. All in all a great visit to Ottawa and a great Hotel.

Nothing to do with property but lots of building work going on in surrounding areas with some roads also closed, some visitors attractions also affected. Sure it will all be lovely in the future when it’s all finished, interesting place to visit with a lot of history, glad we went.

I liked the location, very quiet area during the weekend. The pool was really nice and very warm. The room had an amazing view. The staff was nice and helpful.

I didn't like that breakfast was not included and it wasn't obvious if it was or wasn't included for us. Room was kinda dark.

The location was close to most of the activities we wanted to do as a family and therefore we walked most days everywhere we went.

Paying for parking. The beds were so-so, but because I prefer a firmer mattress. The pillows were absolute garbage. People should be warned to bring their own

The location was convenient to so many attractions. The property was clean and the staff were excellent. We also really enjoyed the on-site restaurant and bar.

The only thing I can say is that we found the bed too soft. After three nights on a soft bed, our backs were quite sore.

Hilton started charging for breakfast which is a shame. Very poor food and the same when didn’t use to charge. If you are asked to pay $23 for a breakfast it is expected to have a better variety of fruits, cheese, ham, etc. too bad

Really nice bedroom. We really liked the lake view, bed was conformable! Area is perfect to enjoy the city. We didn't take the breakfast so nothing to say on that.

Cleanliness of the bathroom was not exactly what we expected, seems like they don't spend time on the details but for the price they could.
