Clean and nice hotel. The front desk staffs were friendly and helpful. Parking is around the hotel and free. The location is not so far from supermarket and several restaurants are within walking distance.

We booked a room with one king bed and a sofa bed. The room has a separate space with a door and sofa bed, which we like and booked. But we learned that the sofa bed is inclined. We don’t understand why and could not use it. It could had been informed early in description. Though the hotel offered a double bed room instead, we found it strange.

The rooms were clean and updated. The shower stall :) as an adult, I loooooved it.

The shower stall- this is just a PSA to mom's with little ones: There's no bathtub just a beautiful shower stall. I had to shower with my toddler and he just kept slipping as it's relatively smooth surface. I managed to catch him before he smashed his head twice. Just a bit slippery for the little guy (he wasn't running around or anything but he couldn't take a step without slipping. I wouldn't say I didn't like it, but like I said, this is just a PSA for fellow mom's out there. Toss in a towel in the bottom of the shower to give little ones some traction.

Overall cleanliness of hotel and room. Great staff at reception and maid service.

The dining room was quite uncomfortable as the chairs were too low and the tables too high. Very uncomfortable for eating. The service, although cordial was way too slow for a breakfast. Food arrived cold for our breakfast. We decided to go to another location for our breakfast on Day 2.

I stayed at 11th floor, the view was amazing looking at mountains !!! Bed was very comfy and the linnen sheet were wonderful. Loved the stay !!!

The shower is a bit annoying, there were plastic curtains but the water run out trough the entire bathroom !!!

Everything was great except for the reception staff and hotel cleaner. They seemed very cold and unfriendly, and I never saw a smile on their faces.

Stayed there for a family wedding in the area. The room was very clean and comfortable. The food was delicious and the staff great. Would definitely stay there again when in town. Would definitely recommend the hotel to friends and family.

We had a suite the room had a separate sitting area with a great view. The bed was very comfortable. The restaurant downstairs was very good and a bonus. Close to all the attractions just a short cab ride away. Will definitely return.

staff at front desk - very efficient when checking in - although - I would have preferred an email with my bill - itemized - as front desk at check out - was fast - but did not explain charges - My French and their English not the best - they know what they are doing but I am paying for it and would like to know what the rate was and taxes etc. Security charge - would have been nice.

The bedroom

My room of two queen bed was canceled that day I arrived luckily they had a king bed suite for us I needed that 2 bed queens in case of two extra people coming to stay with us. In my order, I had a choice of paying when I get there. Anyway hope the next time I don't get cancellations. Thanks

We really enjoyed the hotel-provided toiletries. They were all Dove products and a large quantity, which was great for our room of 4 people. We also enjoyed how the swimming pool had salt water and not typical chlorine.

The location is close to the Holiday Inn Express and we had a few instances where our GPS directed us to that hotel and not this one. We also would have liked to have a schedule of the restaurant hours in the rooms, so we can remember.
