I didn’t get the chance to explore all the facilities, but the Sky Bar offers a calm and pleasant atmosphere. The lobby is comfortable, especially in the morning hours, with a refined service that adds a sense of tranquility. The breakfast restaurant is good, with excellent service from the staff and a high level of respect and courtesy shown to every guest. The hotel is generally clean, and its location is exceptional — everything you might need is just a short walk away.

The Staff were excellent and most helpfull! The Room was excellent, well presented and very comfortable. The location is very good. The Hotel internal layout is very good, spacious, airy and comfortable to the visitor.

The approach and entrance - way for vehicles, is very restricted.......are there signs to direct Guests directly to underground Parking, how do you access it? I was not driving but I could see how quickly congested it can become. The breakfast meal was average, bacon was drastically over-cooked and handling, pots, lids, plates and self - serving utensils, all at the same time I could see was difficult for some people..........

Location is ideal: it is right between the Old City and the new areas, closer to the Old City. Almost everything is in a walking distance. The beach is also a short walk across the park. The hotel is new, and therefore 'not tired'. The room and common areas we very clean. Very good breakfast to any taste. It is quite expensive, but for what there is - it is justified. Wifi worked surprisingly well. The real difference made a reception specialist by name Avto (Avtandil). He really makes an extra step to help guests to feel cared for by doing things that are in his power, albeit small but important for people: giving an upgrade if he can, really making an effort to understand your situation and help,

There is smell of sewage in some rooms - I suppose those that are less frequently used (like the one s for guests with disabilities). Staff at reception can be more welcoming and not making you feel that you're just another one with problems and unrealistic expectations... But there are bright spots - as mentioned earlier, Avto really stands out in a positive way! There must be a way to provide guests with beach towels - it is not that difficult to give them out in exchange for a card, and fine those who lose them/do not reclaim the card.

The room was clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed including towels, water, coffee and cream, shampoo and other stuff. Also, there are a bar, cafe, restaurant and a little corner with snacks in the lobby as well, and an option of ordering meals to the room. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, so we felt like at home. Next time we visit Batumi we would like to stay in Hilton Batumi again.

My husband and I had a king room on the 15th floor and the view was breathtaking. We liked that the spa (sauna and swimming pool) was included in our stay. Nice staff who offered to speak in English or Russian besides Georgian with the same pleasure for the guests's comfort. Oh and i loved the opportunity to order khachapuri to the spa, which by the way was finger licking tasty!

There's nothing what we didn't like. To be picky, i would just say that the hairdryer in our room wasn't properly working. For Batumi it's somewhat pricey but it was absolutely worthy, so we didn't want to leave.

"In Batumi, there are several hotels, including those with 5 stars, but I am a loyal guest and only stay at the Hilton. There are several reasons for this: the location, comfort, friendly environment, great breakfast, spa, swimming pool, atmosphere, Skybar, and the friendly and super nice staff. I truly enjoy my time there. The rooms are pleasant, and the view from the room, regardless of the direction, is just spectacular."

The room was spacy and with a great view (city, lake, a bit of sea). Excellent location near the beaches, boulevard, and everything. Café at 20th floor is very good. Delicious breakfast. Everything is very clean. Hotel has bicycles that are free for guests. Pool is excellent. Executive lounge is also useful.

Room had some technical issue and we had to move to the same room on another floor. While not a big deal, and we were compensated for that, it's still an inconvenience.

A warm greeting, a genuine smile, and the helpful customer representative "SOPO" immediately reassured me that I was in the right place. She has demonstrated a genuine passion for her work as a customer service representative and an admirable commitment to the well-being of guests. During my stay at Hilton Hotels in Batumi, I was extremely satisfied with the level of service that was provided by the hotel at all levels, as well as the level of comfort of my room, as well as the view of the ocean which exceeded my expectations. It is without a doubt that I will recommend this hotel to all of my friends and family, and I will definitely stay here again.

We had a suite with an amazing lake view and an executive room with a fab sea view The property was right on the beach it was amazing to walk around the neighbourhood, the dolphinarium was right across, lots of eateries and parks near by,

The breakfast was bit of mess as there were too many people and too little space

Location is good & the property is also nice. Breakfast was decent good variety. Honestly when I checked I was not happy there was no water the glass were not clean. We got really upset. But then came hotel manager TINA she was excellent she just made everything perfect for us. She is excellent. One more important I was really impressed as there some disabled staff giving there 100%in the job. So happy to see such initiatives taken.
