I booked the hotel for its nice quiet location by the Rhine river and wasn't disappointed. Same applies to the wonderful swimming pool and sauna which I enjoyed very much. My room also had everything I needed and even a great view to the river. Staff was very helpful and kind trying to solve a couple of small issues. would highly recommend.

My mini fridge didn't work but got quick replacement. In the evening annoyingly there were guests that left their dog in the room and went away and the dog barked non-stop for hours!! Hotel offered another room to sleep and a bit of compensation but sadly that offer was never received. I also find the breakfast charge of nearly 20 euros a bit of the top but everything else was great!

Crowne Plaza has a strong standard of cleanliness, convenience, amenities, and customer service. We were not disappointed. Breakfast was wonderful - a wide array of choices in a beautiful dining room (lovely view of the city). Friendly, competent staff. The swimming pool and sauna and facilities were great, including a decent small gym. The room was attractive, comfortable, and even provided shampoo and conditioner. Nothing to complain about.

The location is a bit far from the city, but it is good because I came for work, so no issues there. Also, bathroom could be cleaner, but not too bad. All in all, I am satisfied.

The room was an excellent size and was clean and in good repair. It was exactly what we needed for our stay in Dusseldorf. The staff were very helpful too. We ate in the bar area on one night and the food was excellent too.

1. the old bathroom need an urgent renovation. 2. room temperature were not able to be adjusted. 3. probably because of the new year time, quite a number of small kids are travelling and they started to cry as 6am. Would be good to consider put travellers with kids in the same zone/ on the same floor. 4. the tidiness of room, we found a liquor bottle in the first room we took.

Hotel is located in a very calm area, opposite to Düsseldorf city, close to the river.

The breakfast—my expectations were much higher than the reality. This was my third stay at this hotel during the ProWein exhibition. Room prices for this period are extremely high, three times the normal rate.

Everything, from the moment to check in till our departure. Good and helpful staff, nice rooms, well equipped with all the amenities. Restaurant has a god menu and all the foods ordered.are excellent and that includes breakfast buffet.

Room was really nice because we got a free upgrade to a bigger room. So plenty of space. Also liked the coffee and thee in the room Swimming pool is not huge but fine

Didn’t like the shower in the bath and no separate shower. Slippery like this. Also breakfast is really expensive at 19 euro each. You can walk to the nearby shopping center and get it much cheaper there. Also parking costs are too high at 22 euro per 24 hrs. Free across the road Sauna was broken and couldn’t be used

staff specially Rahim, he was very supportive and helpful, his response and cooperation to return my lost suitcase was extraordinary

They have AC but refused to operate it!!!!!!! They have to remove it from booking profile

Good hotel for quick stop of the main highway from Netherlands. Easy to find and there is plenty of parking. Nice view of river and greenery, to rest your eyes on. Clean room, bed could be more comfortable, but ok for 1 night sleep.

We missed out on the dinner, as kitchen closed during our check-in at 9.55pm. This is common theme in Germany, however, it is not acceptable in 4* business hotel.
