Noise in the corridor

Rooftop pool was absolutely beautiful, staff were very friendly and would do anything to help you , if you needed anything . Breakfast was good every morning . They have an egg station and make you what you like . Western food and international buffet breakfast was good .

Last two days of our stay the tv wasn’t working . It was the whole building . But they were trying to fix it . The room was clean but under the beds didn’t look like they had been cleaned for a month . Aircon in one of the rooms was spitting out water and wasn’t working properly but we rang reception and they got into it and fixed asap . Pool area was being upgraded , it was a bit tricky trying the get to the restrooms.

Was always clean every day the room service was beautiful, the pool was lovely and relaxing

Nothing to complain about it was great besides the fact that you only get 1 key card to open the door, it works out great if you come with your partner but I came with a friend who wanted to do her own thing every day so I kept having to ask the lovely staff to open my door which was no problem I just thought it would save the staff the hassle

The breakfast buffet food was nice.location is good.warm and welcoming staff.nice stay.

In bathroom the shower area and bath tub are in one place.If it can be separate area then it us good.

This place was such great value for money, room was spacious, air conditioning worked a treat with such humid weather in Kuta. The rooftop pool and bar was a true highlight of the stay there.

The shower was very temperamental, the temperature would change from boiling hot to cold and sadly it only trickled out, there wasn’t any pressure at all. However this could be because we were on one of the higher floors. I’m not too sure but for the price I can’t really complain.

extremely clean & comfortable rooms. supermarket ,shops, restaurant and beach are within walking distance. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff. I had a wonderful experience at the Royal Regantris Kuta, Every staff member I encountered, from check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Would definitely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. And at last just wanna say FOOD AND DRINKS WERE DELICIOUS 😋

Excellent location near shopping and restaurants. All staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy.

The pool is being restored and not available to use but this is not mentioned. There was a lot of painting and renovations happening so there was an excessive smell of paint on all floors. Some of the other guests were very noisy at night without respect for others.

Great location, 5min to beach, 7min to shopping mall. Plenty of souvenir stores and also convenient stores just few steps away from hotel!

Mosquitoes repellent is a must if you plan to stay their superior room located at 1st floor, lots of mosquitoes! And the pillow seems hasn’t changed for so long, it has stink smell!

Great beds, comfy, clean, good prices, nice staff

I wanted just a continental breakfast but you cannot buy only this. Only option is buffet which is mostly Asian influence. Wish they had a simple western option Cannot leave aircon on in the day so room is warm when you come back in
