Our Stay at the Melasti Legian has been wonderful! we originally only booked for 3 nights and had extended for 8. The staff are so friendly and willing to assist in any way. The rooms are large, older style however clean and accommodating. Food at Breakfast had great variety and service. Room service priced well and always delicious. We recommend the Melasti for a wonderful reasonably well priced family holiday. The surrounding people are also so kind and helpful we have had nothing but amazing interactions on the beach in front and streets behind. Thank you :)

What a beautiful outlook right on the beach with pure white sand and crystal waters! It was clean and well kept and the staff were friendly and professional! ! We clearly picked the right time to come as well, the New Year’s party was spectacular! What a night!

We strayed in the newly rennovatred suite/room 100. Was great! Lovely and spacious. Perfect for us (2 adults in first bedroom with ensuite) - 3 teenage daughters, 12, 14, 15 (2nd bedroom with own ensuite. 2 x king beds, two oldest wanted to share so worked out well) ... Had a large fridge (by hotel standards) and lots of storage space. I assume it used to be a residence as there was a TON of cupboard space. Air con in every area. Walked straight out of the room to the main pool/pool bar area. 1 of the 3 pools at the hotel.

Breakfast was awful! I eat Indo breakfast and have a big variety of things I'd be happy to eat. But the buffet was horrible. Very small selection and apart from the egg station everything we did try eat was bland and average. No bacon, no sausages, no baked beans. We went for the first 3 days, ate mostly eggs and kids had jam on toast. Had some noodles and tried most things but usually cold and/or bland. Two days after we walked in to look if anything had changed to find it was still bland strange foods and lacking choices and walked straight back out. Never went back again, and bought breakfast elsewhere. This was the worst part of our stay here and went to neighbouring resorts for a much better breakfast. Had read similar reviews, but the resort fit well for our family/stay.

Huge adjoining family room right near the pool. Great choice of pools, although one was too cloudy to swim in, the others were fantastic. Great range of breakfast included each morning and right on the beach. Would stay again! Travelled with two adults and three young children.

pool was always clean just the interior tiles at one spot are in need of a high pressure clean to remove brown staining otherwise everything was fine

The staff were friendly, pool was nice they did have to fix it as it was leaking. Breakfast was good , the bed was comfy, rooms were clean a little out dated. The workers paved the driveway by hand , they worked very hard and done a great job it looked really nice. Rooms were tidied everyday. Good location to shops , beach and restaurants . Security at the gates were awesome they were really good to have a laugh with .

The bathroom could do with a bit of a deep clean or update. The only thing that I really found bad was the steps going into the pool , I found the blue tiles on them to be really slippery which was a bit dangerous.

All the staff would do everything to make sure we're happy and comfortable. We were sick for a few days, and there was a little incident happening in our room from one of our kids, and the staff came helping us on that night. They're awesome people! The location is perfect. Next to the beach and many shops and restaurants around. Nice and beautiful Balinese resort.

Hopefully they can improve the food quality of their restaurant. And maybe make sure that the TV, AC, and water pressure works better. That's all 😊

From the moment we arrived, absolutely everything went very well. The room was huge and very clean. Everything worked, or was fixed immediately- the AC filter was cleaned and functioned perfectly after that. All pools were very clean. There was never any rubbish anywhere. Breakfast was always fantastic- the Egg Station was superb and the Chefs need to be commended.

The ONLY thing was that l found the music played at the main pool just too loud and instrusive so l went to the other pool to read. I am sure others would have thought it perfect for a party atmosphere

We enjoyed the whole complex and position, we think the whole resort needs a lot of maintenance to the buildings and gardens, if this was done properly the whole complex would to terrific, you got the position so look after the building and gardens and you will prosper, the swimming pools need a complete cleaning and the pool surround needs resurfacing so not so uneven and hot to walk on

Great location , excellent friendly staff , the room was clean and when we checked in the air conditioner was on and the room was cold 🙏🏼. They offered us late check out and for a small fee of $30 AUD we kept the room for another 7 hours and checked out in the morning Overall great value for money and spot on location

It was a little bit dated and some things needed maintenance but nothing important , the toilet flushing was normal Bali style and basically took several flushes to even get things moving , overall good value for money though
