My first visit to Italy. As for this hotel, I think it is probably the best one in Levanto. Compared to the whole town, it seems to be a very high-quality hotel, with excellent food in the restaurant. The views are really amazing, and I will definitely come back there someday. I have no complaints at all and truly recommend this hotel. Perhaps the only thing is that the breakfasts could be a bit more varied, since it was the same for several days in a row. I don’t mean big changes, but it would be nice if each morning had something slightly different. A big plus for the hotel is that it offers its own free transport, taking you to the city center or the train station. They can also pick you up if you call. We had a rental car, but it turned out to be pointless, because whenever we wanted to go downtown, there was nowhere to park. So the hotel’s free shuttle service is definitely a great advantage.

The breakfasts could have been more varied, as I mentioned above. Having the same options every day felt repetitive, and even small changes could have improved my overall impression of them.

We came with our 16 month old and they were so helpful! The pool is heated and very very warm, the shuttle worked perfectly for us to get to the train easily, and the restaurant couldn't have been better with her. Also it was the best food we had our entire stay in Italy, and we were here for a full 7 days. It's a truly great spot on all fronts, also had a king sized bed which is so unusual for Europe!

Sometimes the shuttle took 15 minutes, but that was the longest. Also no room service.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a balcony overlooking the valley. The bathroom was a good size, though the shower was a bit small. Breakfast was average, but the staff went out of their way to make guests feel welcome. The restaurant and bar are highly recommended, especially after exploring Cinque Terre. The location is truly magnificent, with the train station easily accessible by the hotel’s shuttle, and the hotel facilities are excellent for relaxing. Special mention goes to Frankie at the reception desk—his knowledge of the area, proactive attitude, and natural warmth made a lasting impression.

Everything was great! The location on the map seems tricky but it is a false impression! It is a 10 minute walk from the (quite charming) town and even less to the station. Besides the shuttle service is fantastic (we only used twice - on arrival and departure because of the luggage and it was seamless). I loved the room - properly big, with a comfortable bed nice bathroom and the garden with a table and chairs. Breakfast was lovely - everything that you need with very helpful and friendly staff. And the swimming pool is a strong asset too. I would return happily

The breakfast food and service were exceptional. We enjoyed the pool and sauna, and the setting in the Levanto Hills was very peaceful. The front desk and drivers were very friendly and accommodating, and their recommendations on travel and dining were excellent.

We booked a Suite and a Jr. Suite for my parents. The rooms were spacious, clean, and fully stocked with everything we needed for our 3-day stay. Unfortunately, they were located directly below the restaurant, so it was a bit noisy in the morning and evening.

This hotel is a gem. We booked a 5 night stay and we absolutely loved it. This place is designed for relaxation and is a great jumping off point for exploring the region. All of the facilities- pool, dining room, bedroom are lovely and well appointed. But the best thing is how accommodating the staff are. All of the staff, but particularly Yaunes at the desk, made us feel welcome as soon as we walked in. They were very accommodating, answered our questions and created a very positive vibe. The rooms are large and uncluttered and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast and dinners were terrific. Someone noted that they don't serve lunch, but they have a bar menu that includes items like salads with protein that are more and enough for lunch. Another plus is the free shuttle that takes you to the station or into the town. It was also easy to walk into town on our own but I would not recommend trying to walk to the hotel with luggage.

We regularly stay in hotels and since Covid many seem to have forgotten that service is key. This hotel is the exception. Fab location with a complimentary shuttle to the town square or station whenever you needed. Breakfast was exceptional with the most cheerful waiting team and we had a superb dinner one night. The pool was very welcome at the end of the day. Nothing was too much trouble and service was always delivered with a smile from every member of staff.

Only a three minutes downhill walk to reach the train station. For return either call reception to dispatch the shuttle to pick you up or walk uphill. The latter is recommended at night or in the evening. A very pleasant surprise was the vintage HiFi gear from the lobby bar being completely at your disposal. Even the vinyl record selection matched my taste. The restaurant staff explained carefully the daily Chef's recommendations of haute cuisine. And indeed haute cuisine it was. Also very prompt response from reception staff when calling to request the shuttle. The same staff gives you useful hints where or how to go to find better swimming spots. The chimes coming from village churches is the most enchanting.

The architectural style is one of the most peculiar I've seen in the area. Unexpected finishing materials for the hotel building and for the furniture as well. You would not amaze yourself finding such materials and finishing in a two star hotel but here it came as a unpleasant surprise. Although very close to Carrara the flooring is done allover with cheap ceramics. Also the air conditioning system was so noisy that during night we had to switch it off and keep the balcony door open, that of course whilst using mosquito repellent (unprovided but in sale at a Chinese store the the village). A medium voltage aerial power line crosses the property, but not just over the building though.

Perferct location to explore chinue terra. Will prefer bigger shower but this is non issue consider it all.

Facilities were very clean and well maintained. We rented a two room suite, with the bedroom separated from the living area. Both rooms had a patio with sliding door access to them. Rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable. Staff was very good, Restaurant was very good. Levanto is not one of the 5 Terre towns, but train access to Monterosso was easy. Not at all inexpensive, but also a very nice place to stay.
