Location, location, location. B&B Chiaia 32 is situated at the beginning of Via Chiaia; 2 minutes away from Piazza Plebiscito. We stayed in Room 5. The room was very spacious and it had a walk in wardrobe and very comfortable ensuite shower. There was also a kitchenette tucked in a cupboard which we found very useful. The room is cleaned daily and breakfast is also served daily in the room. We arrived early at 09:00 and we left the luggage in the reception area till the room was ready. When we checked out we could also leave the luggage there. If we come back we will definitely stay at B&B Chiaia 32.

There is nothing to dislike about this B&B however I suggest that if you are staying in this place make sure you stay in one of these rooms as they have a balcony: Room 1, 2, 5, 6, 7 and 8.

The breakfast included freshly squeezed orange juice, a rarity even in high level hotels, as well as a delicious fresh croissant, toast, butter, jams, yogurt, fruit, and tea or coffee. Served on a trolley in your room. Really exceptional service. The room itself was huge, with a large bathroom, comfortable bed, free water in the fridge, and air-conditioning which was a blessing in the torrid heat. My room overlooked the street, but closing the shutters and the window eliminated any noise.

The location is the main selling point of the property but aside from that it's all together an amazing value for the price tag. The staff is friendly and accommodating, the rooms are clean, well organised, spacious and comfortable.

The breakfast is quite large but I wish there was more variety. However we loved the fresh fruit and even though we didn't always finish it, it was awesome to have it as a snack later in the day.

The room was clean and comfortable. The receptionist was kind. The location of room is perfect... Its in a really nice part of the town and close to a public transport, shops, restaurants, sights and attractions.

We missed one doors between the room and bathroom (there is just the glass door for toilet and shower). In the room is just one window with "view" on the internal staircase.

I was planning to write this review a month ago, but things were super busy, here's my review: The location is just perfect! it's close to everything and I felt very safe walking around late and then just walking back to my room. There are lots of lovely shops and cafes and restaurants, so in terms of the location, it's 10/10. The reception guy was a sweetheart! He upgraded my room simply bcuz there was an available room, I forgot his name but "hey! if you're reading this, THANK YOU"! The AC was on when I got to the room and it was nice and fresh. The room was on the 2nd floor and the reception is on the 4th floor.. and guess what? There was an elevator.. !!! I got super excited about it cuz it's always a hustle to carry your language up and down. That was definitely a huge plus for me :) The breakfast was good, it was room service and was brought to me on time. Later, the next day, I needed to order a taxi, the guy in the reception helped me, that was very sweet of him. Overall, I very much enjoyed my stay and will be coming back again.

It would be good to have some chairs in the reception cuz I was looking for a place to sit and chill while waiting for my taxi and I needed to check some things on my laptop and there was no space. The guy in the reception was very nice and I sat on the chair in the corner and did everything I needed but it would be good to have a couple of chairs and make a small "waiting" zone

The place was extremely comfortable. The area where the B&B is situated feels extremely safe. It is just a few meters away from piazza plebiscito and the old city centre

WiFi did not always work

An excellent, well-run and well-staffed bed and breakfast. The rooms were elegant, clean, and comfortable. The location is extremely convenient for everything. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Good location near the port, lots of great restaurants nearby and a metro station to go into the centre. Comfortable bed and good sized room. Very pleasantly surprised with the room-service breakfast in the mornings. Grateful that staff allowed us to hold our luggage after check out.

During our stay there was a concert on in the piazza nearby every night which made it hard to fall asleep. Luckily it wasn’t on unreasonably late though.

the only negative was the front desk person, not Fabio, who was wonderful and helpful, but his partner who was on duty when we checked out. He was mean to us and sent us to find a locked door at another location of the hotel on the same street so that we can use the restroom before departure. Needless to say the location was locked and he was fully aware.

Great idea to have breakfast delivered to room on trolley since space is limited
