My stay at Jazz Hotel was lovely. Starting from the reservation everything went really smooth. I received all the information needed for checking in in the chat in the Booking.com app. The day I was about to check in I even received additional information in Bulgarian which was quite a nice surprise! I stayed there right between Christmas and New Year's eve and even though at that time people might want to just relax, the service was impeccable. The lady at the reception was more than polite and helpful! She explained everything needed, she showed me the room and helped me with advice about travelling in Napoli and outside of the city. During my stay I noticed some minor things in my room like a little bit of dripping from the sink's drain in the bathroom and she and the maintenance man checked and fixed everything in a quick manner. They were really easygoing and professional and I want to thank them again! The hotel was cleaned every day, including the room. I was delighted to be greeted by fresh air and a smell of cleaned floors when I first came (and every day after). There were Wi-Fi, towels, TV, air conditioning as described. The design of the reception, the halls and the rooms was simple, good-looking and functional. The location provided quick and easy access to all sorts of transportation: trains, metro, trams, buses and it was also at a walking distance from a lot of the possible places and tourist or an urban explorer might want to see. I almost didn't use any public transport.

Everything was good! There were only some minor inconveniences: - The sound from the street was pretty clear for some reason even with the window and the shade closed. Just for reference – there was a lot of traffic and other noises even at night, so this could interfere with sleep. I didn't have much of a problem though. - The mattress was really firm (some people might like that though) and somewhat curved downward. - There was no night stand, only a really small shelf already occupied with a lamp and remote controls. It's not a major thing, but if at least the shelf was bigger it would've been a lot more convenient.

Very helpful staff, we had our own balcony with a view over Naples, very good location near train station and close to center and some good restaurants. They were flexible in extending our stay for a day moving into another room.

The beds were not so comfortable in one of the rooms we occupied.

Great location with easy walking access to Centro Storico. Found a brilliant restaurant called Mia Ferrovia close by.

Hotel reception was a nightmare! We arrived after 20.00 to find reception closed and instructions required all passport details for 3 people to be entered on-line on smart phone. Form filling was impossible due o translation confusion and bad design. After several phone calls, entry was allowed based on photos of passports. Access was not through front door but a dingy iron gate into a poorly lit yard. Not a pleasant experience!

It was super noisy, listening to all of the traffic around and even airplanes (how also it was mentioned that windows supposed to be noise canceling). No shuttle bus servises from/to the airport.

Ok value for money. Central location.

We had small problems with the electronic lock system, and we couldn't get hold of the manager to solve it. This made the check-in process quite frustrating. Later that day the manager helped to book the taxi for our early morning flight, so this compensated the bad check-in experience for us.

The beds were comfortable. It was me, my partner and his cousin so his cousin was greatful to have an actual bed and not a pullout sofa to sleep on. It was clean and a large room with a flat screen tv that had netflix and youtube (if you have a log in).

Chrck in was to long. The bathroom door didnt close, it was also incredibly loud because the hinges squeaked and the fan went nuts whenever you closed lr opened the door. The front enterance to the hotel is nice but they make you use the back enterance which is a dump.
