Location is fine close to promenade, bit busy road under the windows, but airconditioner was on during night, so we could have windows closed. Helpfull staff, room was cleaned regularly, we had everything what we needed. Bed was very comfortable, also pillows.

WIFI was not working, but we used our data. In the future I would appreciate if there will be some plates, bowls and some cutlery available in the room service.

The location for buses and the metro line is perfect. Across the road is a great walk along the coastline to the marina. Beautiful restaurants and cafes in easy walking distance and a big supermarket. Staff were great and very helpful. Coffee machine and coffee/tea provided in room aswell as guest area. Highly recommend.

Guests can be a little inconsiderate banging their room doors. But that is the usual I guess.

Really nice big hotel with a mini fridge, smart tv, and balcony with a nice view. The room is cleaned daily and filled with free coffee and water. The staff is kind and even ordered a taxi for us. The view is also nice and the place is close to two metro lines.

The wifi did not really work & the shower door didn’t close all the way so the bathroom floor would get wet.

The apartments were great for our needs. The apartment is in a good position to reach the stadium and the city centre. The staff were really helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great little city break location, central to public transport links and easy to get about. Staff were really helpful and only a message away - very responsive throughout. Rooms were clean and quiet.

Only drawback was perhaps the air conditioning wasn't working as well as it could've been. This wasn't enough to disturb our sleep or similar and it likely just needs a service, but definitely didn't reach 17 degrees in the room.

Staff is helpful. They clean each day and bring new towels. Amenities like water, cofee and tea are available.

Breakfast was in the nearby cafe with limited included items (cofee and croissant) and unfriendly waiters. Location is noisy to have open windows over night. Bathroom is ok but I could not enjoy in normal showering. Hooks for towels are not nearby shower.

Hi I really liked the apartment and how clean was it and the bathroom was big and nice the boss Luciano was so kind and helpful and fixed my internet Cus at the beginning it didn’t work and brought me new towels and lots of water bottels even tho I didn’t ask That’s so nice of him that he tried so hard to make me feel at home and other staff the guy who checked me in on my first day was really nice too and VERY RESPONSIVE both of them which is amazing!

I didn’t Like the Location much I mean it was really Safe and calm and I felt really Safe the issue was it was a bit further from historic centre and there werent Many good restaurants around except the japanese one. I’d Had to go Taxi everywhere but thank god the hotel provides u with an amazing private driver I could call whenever I needed a ride he was really nice and Professional. And the other thing I didn’t Like is that the door before you come in hall wheree apartments Are was sometimes hard to open and my key would get stuck but other than that I liked my apartment! At the beginning internet was very slow or didn’t work at all but Luciano was so helpful and Made it work for Me which is great he didn’t just brush me off and let me struggle with internet he really helped and came and fixed it.
