We loved everything! Breakfast was great with many delicious alternatives. Lovely restaurant area with the kindest most wonderful staff members. Our hotel room was very cosy, clean and comfortable. Hotel is located in the heart of Amsterdam (about 15 mins walk away from main railway station Centraal, also very close to popular sites. Rokin metro station is about 5-7 mins walk away, 10 mins walk to restaurants, 15-20 mins walk to Museum Insel where Rijskmuseum, Van Gogh Museum where many other museums are located (btw consider buying your museum tickets in advance online and instead of leaving it to box office on the day of your visit, you don't want to get disappointed). Even though the hotel is very central, sound isolation in the room was so good that we didn't hear any noise from the street during our entire stay. Beds so comfy that after walking 15K steps per day it was like therapy to sleep on those beds. Very safe and lovely hotel with best staff members who are so warm and welcoming. Free drinks and snacks at front desk until check in time that is 3pm. We appreciated the hotel, the staff members, breakfast and our room most of all. We will definitely visit Amsterdam again and most definitely will stay at Radisson Blu Amsterdam City Center again. We warmly recommend this hotel to all!

Everything was fantastic!

Good breakfast, friendly staff, nice open areas, relaxing bar restaurant to unwind at the end of the day.

Many rooms face the indoor atrium lobby. This is fine most of the time but this hotel seems to get a lot of parties that come back to the hotel between 1-4am. They ring the doorbell and make noise which unfortunately is heard in your room if you have such a room. This could be addressed by having more staff at night enforcing some level of noise mitigation.

I loved how close to the city center the hotel was but it was in a quiet corner. The building is very nice and clean. Didn’t have any issues with the facilities. The staff is professional, kinda and helpful. Very pleased!

The half-shower glass door was a little odd for me as a North American. So water from my shower would spill every where

Inside location of rooms. Hotel related advertisement pictures, in bookin.com for instance, only indicate an historical building next to channel, however, hotel location is inside of the street and rooms are even not seing any external view.

The room was comfortable and the WiFi access didn’t disappoint.

There was a white lady at breakfast; bad service, you could see she was not paying g attention to us because we are black. I requested an omelette from her and she just looked and me and didn’t say anything, kept coming back to where I was standing and she still didn’t bother to assist. But thank God there was an Indian woman; she was very friendly and helpful.

ad an amazing stay at the Radisson Blu Central in Amsterdam! From the moment I arrived, the staff — especially the reception team — were so welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The location is incredibly convenient, just a short 5-minute walk to the city center, making it easy to explore everything Amsterdam has to offer. And I have to mention the breakfast — it was absolutely heavenly, with a great variety and top-quality options. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Amsterdam and can’t wait to stay here again!

The location , the breakfast and the staff

Immaculate. Spacious. Had everything we needed. Facilities were all thought off, small details. Impressive. Arrived 2-3 hours early, staff proactively found a room which was ready for early check in, no charge, and a more superior room !!! Proper customer service. Good location.

Around 8pm on our first evening, there was a lot of noise from neighbouring or upstairs guest. I thought was a noisy or faulty aircon system at first, but after investigation, we think it was them running a bath/taking a shower. It settled after 20-mins or so and we didn’t hear for the rest of our trip.

Great to have a fridge in the room and the option to fill it with your own snacks and drinks - they even have a little shop in the foyer for this which is really handy. Very clean rooms and big comfy beds. Air-con functioned well which was great as we visited during a heat wave. Easily walkable location.

It was a little more expensive than other options but did seem to offer good value for money compared to the cheaper options which had much smaller looking rooms/less facilities. Didn’t regret having paid the extra.

the small restaurant was very warming with great food and staff that cared about service coupled with some wonderful dishes. They provided the best food, I have ever had over the past 30 years at Radisson in Amsterdam - Consider giving them a lite sign in main dining room window to turn on to market and use main dining room for evening only meals for clients and outsiders as well- Food was that good and the rental of the space to them for dinner or even lunch could help market hotel.
