Erik is a top host, and the location of this property is perfect. Nice clean room with everything you need. The retro Nintendo was a touch too! I’d definitely recommend and will definitely be returning. My freinds and I had an amazing trip to Amsterdam and this place and it’s host Erik made a huge contribution towards making our trip!!!

I’m quite tall so the bedding could have been a bit longer and the beds were slightly hard for my liking

The location is perfect, the owner was super duper helpful and he's very informative, you can ask some local knowledge at the surrounding area. He also sent us the full list of recommended restaurants and types of cuisine options, as well as bar and club surrounding. I also experienced the 600mbps internet speed.

If you bring a large suitcase, it will be difficult to carry it to the apartment located on the 3rd floor, and the stairs are quite steep and narrow. But the owner was very helpful in carrying the bag for us.

Eric was super helpful with information on the best way to enjoy Amsterdam food, attractions and activities in the most affordable way. His place is in a great location, the authenticity of his accommodation provides the real Amsterdam experience. The stairs to the apartment are extremely narrow and steep but provide a hilarious experience every time we use them. I will definitely return.

This is a great little apartment in the heart of the city. Our host was extremely kind and helpful. Stairs are a little tricky, but the host helps getting large suitcases up and down. Overall we were very happy with our experience.

Excellent host who went out of his way make sure we had everything we needed. Very comfortable , clean and relaxed in a perfect location that is in easy walking distance of all attractions etc…. Shower is also wonderful …. Already looking to book again to stay with this host ….. thankyou to Eric for a fantastic holiday, the man’s a legend !

Location location location ! You are dead smack in the middle of the city center everything was 5 - 15 min walk . Eric , now I know why everyone speaks so highly about you very accommodating and informative gave me a map wrote in all the places I wanted to visit . Arranged taxi ! Thank you for a great stay

The property was in a brilliant location with a nice communal area to relax in. Bathroom was nice, clean and modern.

There were 4 of us so we were fighting over the two singles that made a double 😂

The Host is friendly and accomodating. The location is perfect for exploring the city center (and well placed enough for catching the metro anywhere out). Furnishings are neat and comfy, bathroom is modern and the shower was good. Everything was very clean.

Cozy and comfy, clean too. The host was super friendly and helpful. Apartment is right at the city center making everything super accessible.

Eric the Owner is very helpful and goes out of his way to make your stay comfortable . The location of the apartment is simply great .
