Close to Central Station. Easy to locate. Staff were excellent!!

The only thing I did not like was the bathroom shower had hair all over the walls. Was not sure if it was cleaned before we arrived there. The heat was set at 24 and could not adjust down. Glad windows opened up.

Breakfast and breakfast area and service.

The main lamp in the room should have been brighter. It was too dark.

The location is amazing it's next to the family square I was so happy everytime I got out and felt the energy. And inside there was no noise at all, I slept like a baby without earplugs. If you find an offer on this it is worth staying here. Having said that , some months the price will be much higher. But it's a very nice hotel if you aren't planning on staying in the room. It's the best base for exploring the city and being near many places you can eat and drink. Super market as well. And the cars around the hotel are all electric. No sounds of engines or angry voices. It's unbelievable how vibrant yet peacefull it is inside and outside of this hotel. Also clean! And polite staff! Reception mostly smiling.

If it was a bit cheaper. Then I would come more often. The vending machine sucks ads. Both the actuall machine (how it receives money) and the selection of food provided. If you play it smart a lot of munchie people will buy some tasty stuff from the vendor Breakfast

Great location. Good size room. Clean. Lots of towels. Fridge in room was brilliant for keeping water cold and putting fruit and chocolate in. We had a room on the street which was noisy. The staff did ask if we wanted to wait for a quieter room but we just wanted to check in as we had a very early flight. We checked in very early. We left the windows open 24/7 and the fresh air kept the room cool. The street noise didn't bother us. It's part of holidays. There was a fan in the room and a safe which was great for passports, medication etc. We were able to store our luggageat the hotel on the last day as we had a late flight.

The Location was just perfect for me.❤️ RHO Hotel is located in the heart of Amsterdam, Dam Square. For transport you will pay less due to the Superb Location. Red Light Districts, central streets were 8 mins by walking distance. Staff were kind to me. What did I asked them they tried to help me every time. There is a machine where you can grab a cup of coffee/tea for free.🫖☕️ Prices might be more normal because the quality of the room was not so good. I think high prices is due to the location.

The room was too small even for one person and for this price it feels unfair. (( When I arrived to the Hotel, lady said me that I can upgrade my room (ekstra charge) but I didn't to that. Just keep in mind that if your luggage is a big one, then it will be a little problem for you. Not much space in the room. Only thing what I didn't like was, when I took a shower Bathroom was full steam. I mean the bathroom was all steam from ceiling to the floor. Walls also included. Even though temperature was not hot.

It's a great place if you have many things to do, and you need a place to crash. The location couldn't be better (1 step from Dam square!!), yet the street is quiet. The staff is friendly, patient, helpful. It's relatively cheap. The room was quite big, the bed was good, I didn't hear my neightbours. They have a very handy luggage depot system; they even kept the luggage of colleagues who hadn't slept at the hotel for a few hours, when their flight was cancelled!!

I expected to meet a Minotaur somewhere in the serious maze of hallways and steps, looking for my room! 'Functional' describes this place best; everything works fine and is easy to clean and is not fancy. It looks a bit outdated, so a serious make-over in the design department would be great. There's not a lot of light in the room.

Location is perfect. Although it's a city centre and there were plenty of other guests, the room was really quiet. Towels, 2in1 head&body gel were available, big "yay" for something as simple as a box of tissues. Hairdryer was working, though it was an old type one, mounted to the wall and with a funny burned plastic smell when put on a highest heat lvl. The room and bed were clean and neat. There was a TV, but only with some local + english, spanish, italian and chinese news stations, so no chilling with a movie on ;) Elevator was available at all times. The hotel has 2 snacks & drinks vending machines, sadly cash only. The hotel service was helpful and the cleaners did good.

I was with friend and asked for a second access card, but was told "no" and instead was proposed to leave the access card by the Reception whenever leaving the room. That was uncomfortable, since we wanted to spend a bit of a separate time while both are not fans of getting extra attention whenever need the room access.

The service that we received from all the staff was exceptionally good. They were very helpful, allowed us to change rooms mid-stay, and gave us a very lovely room. The room that we were initially given was noisier as it was on the ground floor next to the street. We then changed to a room on the fourth floor and the sound-proofing in that room was terrific. We had a comfortable stay and we loved the convenient location.

We found the lighting of their rooms too dark. If only the rooms had brighter or more lighting, it would have been perfect. The room on the ground floor had a weird passageway where you have to pass through the parking garage and unfortunately that garage-way smelled of urine. We did manage to change our room though so we didn't have to continue going through there.

Stayed 5 nights. Excellent location, very convenient, within minutes of walk to the the tram station to go to the centraal station. Souvenir shops and many food choices next door. Superb breakfast. Yogurt tastes so good. Fresh baked pastries and bread. Friendly staff. Lots of space in the lobby area. Comfortable bed. Fridge in the room. Good space in the bathroom. Air condition works well and super quiet. Great water pressure. Supermarket within reasonabe walking distance. This hotel really had everything I asked for !!!! I definitely see myself stay here again or recommend it to my friends. Stayed the 6th night at another hotel near museum quarter. There is not much there within minutes of walking distance.

Nothing I didn't like. Small window, but we don't stay in the hotel during the day, and everything else made up for it.
