The location was fantastic . Near everything . Metro to central station only one stop . The staff were excellent .24 hour desk attendance was great as they were so helpful . Kareem and Rossini were the two I had most dealings with and their advice was very helpful . I felt safe in this location as a solo traveller .

I have no reason to highlight any issue as the staff and location were vital for my short break . I slept very well . It was very good value . Reviews highlighting negatives can put people off .

Our stay was near perfect! We had booked the cheapest room which was only €200 for 5 nights, and we had the one of the basement rooms, and it was perfect. The bathroom was really nice and the room had everything you needed, including a heating / AC unit which was ideal. There is also a luggage storage area and lots of coupons for discounts throughout Amsterdam. The location is also perfect as it is a 30 second walk from a main strip of shops like JD sports, Zara, Lego land and loads of restaurants! It is also a 3 minute walk to a tram stop and a metro stop. There's also lots of shops and souvenir shops around, and the Amsterdam Dungeons and the Rubber Duck Shop are right next door, and Madame Tussaud's and the Believe it or Not museum are about a 10 minute walk away, just up the road! The staff were also very friendly and helpful, and help our stay be as smooth as possible. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

The only thing that could be improved is the cleanliness of the room, the walls were quite tatty and dirty, but the room was incredibly cheap so the all the positives definitely outweigh the one negative.

Everything was amazing! Im happy i found this hotel for a good price. The room was big enough, the bed was really comfortable, its was not noisy at all like is written in the comments, the lift was working so we didnt have any problems. Thanks a lot for everything. Definitely, we will stop only here when we come again.

Unfortunately, there is no shampoo and shower ger. We had only soap, and we should go out in the middle of showering to take some soap, and this was very uncomfortable. Afterwards, we bought a shower gel. The door from the shower cabin was not that strong, so all the bathroom was full of water. This wasn't a big deal, but it was still a bit uncomfortable.

The location was good. The room was adequate.

The room is very small, the bathroom door can not open all the way because it hits the bed. They made the bed and put clean towels but they did brush or hoover the floors. There was a lot of noise on one of the nights that went on a very long time. It wasn't dealt with by staff at all. The fire alarm also went went off one of days. It's was still worth the money we spent on it. I would still use this hotel again in the future

Perfectly placed in the center, tram and tube outside, considering we had a basement room we heard no noises from either of these during the night. Exactly as explained, has everything you need- bed, bathroom, tv and somewhere to hang your coat up. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Was a great place for our first time in Amsterdam

No kettle available in the room but did have access to the coffee machine in the lobby which was useful

We had a basement room that didn't have a window but it was so snuggly had a amazing sleep beds was comfy I was actually surprised. It was a small room with double bed with a bathroom connected what had a nice shower its good location and walking distance to all the main part of central amsterdam right near all the coffee shops resturant and attractions simple to get everywhere u would want to also really easy to get to and from the airport short train journey staff was super friendly rooms was cleaned daily had smart tv with netflix ect.

There wasn't anything that I disliked to be honest was a decent little room.

Prime location, roughly about a 15 minute walk from central station and all you need around you. Staff were also very friendly and welcoming. Room was a perfect size for me. Was staying on the 5th floor so thankfully they have a working lift. All round great for a few nights on a city break.

The mattress topper on the bed didn't fit great so tended to move around after a night's sleep. Also the pillows were more like cushion sized but other than a comfortable bed.

location was spot on, amazing location, everything was walking distance, the city center was just behind the hotel. All the main attractions, the famous spots and restaurants were just 2 to 5 minute's walk. Also the Staff, The receptionist was very friendly and helpful.

unfortunately. the elevator was temporary out of service. i had to carry my heavy luggage up the stairs and the steps were so tiny, i almost fell a few times. also the price was a bit high but that was expected .

Really good location in the centre of Amsterdam! We stayed in basement room and it was ideal for us with having no windows it was very dark without lights on. Corridors can be a little noisy when others leaving rooms as the doors slam shut but this didn’t bother us! Overall great stay!
