The location of the apartment was brilliant. The apartment was huge and perfect for 6 people.The kitchen is great with all you need, coffee machine and filter machine too! Big table for all to eat at- if in and lounge area great for late night chats. Outside courtyard space too would be great in warmer weather ❤️ Two of the bedrooms are big with windows and wardrobes,the third is a windowless one and has no door but a screen divider ( would be nicer with a door but then very dark) However you are only there to sleep so no issue! You are right in the heart of Amsterdam but it is quiet at night. All you could want from a location, Mario and Mo were there so friendly and helpful, we didn't have any issues to solve but knew if needed we could ask. Great info and maps provided on arrival. Also so many towels provided ,all showering products, tea and coffee pods provided too was fantastic! Also hairdryer so no need to pack your own 😊. Cases taken up for us this was greatly appreciated with the steep stairs. So many restaurants and cafes close by along with a supermarket with all your essentials. Walking to all the sites was easy and close. Fantastic stay Thank you 🥰

The apartment says it has 2 bathrooms and therefore we assumed it had 2 toilets. The apartment itself actually has 1 toilet (separate) and 2 showers same room opposite side of room but shower together although water flow effected. We managed but were concerned as 6 women of a certain age. The second toilet is located downstairs which is two sets of Amsterdam style steep stairs and located in the communal smoking/ chill room. Not ideal in middle of night. In the end we were able to use only the one loo and showers were quick. Those with longer beauty regimes may find harder! 😉

Loved the Apartment. Very clean, very comfortable and very roomy. Mario was over the top helpful. The location was good and bad...depending on your needs. Quite convenient to many sights and the rail Station for sure. I would definitely be ok to stay there again...so don't read too much into the things we did not like.

The location was both good and bad. Quite convenient to many things but our family are not party animals so hearing the goings on at the street all hours of the night and well into the morning (4am) was not really our thing. It kept me up since I am a light sleeper, heavier sleepers were not particularly bothered. For other folks making this trip it might be fine. Be aware you are VERY close to the red light district. Also, as there were a lot of steep stairs, so be aware for older or less able members of your party.

Location is perfect in New Market, 10-min walk from Central Station, from Dam Square, from everywhere, the staff was amazingly welcoming, felt welcomed and part of the family, great appartment, spacious, comfy, terrasse with a view

4 flights of stairs with my 75-year-old parents, if you are going with elderly, ask for a flat on a lower level

The place was very close to the train station. This was important for us as our train came in very late. It was a good size and had plenty of facilities in the apartment. Staff were helpful and kind, for example met us to let us in even though our train was so late.

The place was not really intended for families. It's near the red light district, other guests are groups of young people in Amsterdam to party, and there was a strong odor of weed in the common room. I have no problem with this in general, but might suggest families find a different place to stay.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff.

Mario, the host, is just the nicest guy. He was able to answer all of our questions and addressed any concerns. He helped us with all of our bags and was just all around a happy and pleasant host. He met us there at our request for a very early check in. The area is on the edge of the red light and in a very busy and cannabis filled area and was pretty loud at night as it’s directly over a bar. However it was fine for our family of 4 with two older teens. We would stay here again as it’s accessible to almost everywhere in the city by foot or public transport.

Lots of steps may not be good for some people.

Having a 2-bedroom apartment was great while traveling with 2 teenage girls. We all had our own space to unwind after long days of exploring the city. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment was spotless. Thanks to Mario and Mo for letting us use another room for some much needed rest after a long red-eye flight.

The stairs are very steep, but that just added to the Amsterdam experience…

The location is right next to the Red Light district, but do not let that put you off. It is pretty central. Has cafes and bars next to it and is a 2 minute walk from the metro station. The staff there are excellent and make sure that they can do enough for you at every opportunity even offering advice and maps where needed. And as it was raining when we arrived, we were given a brolly to use while there.

Check in time was a little later than we wanted, and due to an issue with previous guests it was slightly delayed, but this was beyond the control of staff who went out of their way to assist even offering us another apartment in the same block to get changed and freshened up while our was being tidied.

The apartment was great in all aspects. Thanks to Mario for your kind assistance in greeting and even helping with my heavy suitcase up and down the stairs!! The location is perfect, the apartment is well equipped and clean, and everything was walking distance including a supermarket and the metro near-by. Although the location is very central we didn't hear any noise at night and slept well.

Excellent location, the apartment had every facility and was spotlessly clean.From the moment we arrived Mario looked after us even went out of his way to get us tickets for Van Gogh museum (as Viator for no reason cancelled our tickets at 5am on the morning of our arrival we were not happy)But Mario came go the rescue. He also helped with recommendations for restaurants and places to visit nothing was any trouble highly recommend.
