Fantastic customer service and reception. Very attentive and eager to resolve any issues. Great location. Recently renovated. Great coffee and tea. Clean and comfortable.

It’s a tight space but that’s really to be expected. Thick pillows were great for sitting up in bed but there should be thinner ones too for sleeping. Some minor maintenance issues (dent in wall for example) but we had the sense they are actively addressing them and clearly a challenge given the crowds that come through Amsterdam and the age of the buildings.

The location was perfect. A ten minute walk from Amsterdam Centraal, and in the heart of the red light district. Our room overlooked the canal!

We extended our stay for an additional night and were told that we would stay in the same room. That morning, we were told at the last minute that we had to vacate the room and move to another room without a canal view. The stairs were incredibly small and steep, but apparently that's true most places in Amsterdam.

There was tea 24 hours in the lobby, location is very great. I went walking to most of the places. walking distance from the Central Station

there is no elevator, if you are overweight request for ground or first floor rooms

I absolutely loved this place—the location, the room, everything was so convenient, clean, and thoughtfully simple. It had everything I needed without any fuss. Despite being in the heart of Amsterdam, it was incredibly quiet at night—I couldn’t hear the busy street at all, which made it super peaceful. And I have to mention Rory, the resident cat (if I remember her name right)—she completely stole my heart! She’s such a diva and made the stay even more special. I would come back again and again, honestly even just to see her!

The only thing worth noting is that the stairs are a bit steep and narrow, so you just need to be a little careful going up and down. It wasn’t an issue for me at all, but it might be a bit challenging for older guests or anyone with mobility concerns. That said, it’s only one or two floors, and as long as you’re cautious, it’s nothing major.

The person who greeted us provided us with all the necessary information. He helped us with our luggage. The hotel was clean, safe, and centrally located.

The staff were lovely , friendly and so so helpful and kind . The resident cat was the most adorable little thing ever . The mattress was very comfortable, and our room was clean . Despite the hotel being located in a central and busy part of the city , we heard little outside noise . I wouldn’t let pervious reviews put you off as I was very pleasantly surprised upon arrival at how comfortable and nice our room and modern bathroom with a rain shower and handheld shower , both perfect , this is due to new and current renovations going on within the hotel . Mo one of our hosts was always accounting , friendly and made us feel welcome the entire time , and even on departure . We hope to come back again soon

Our only issue was the bed sheets and blankets . Despite our bed being a double bed , our bed was made up of 2 single blankets instead of a double , and our mattress was covered with two non fitted single sheets . The sheets caused as issue as slight movements meant they moved and we had to fix it frequently to avoid laying on a bare mattress . My only suggestion would be a suitable duvet for the bed and a fitted sheet .

hello. The price-quality ratio of this hotel is excellent, for the price we got everything we needed. The staff was super, especially the three men, who were always happy to pour us hot water and were very positive and sociable. We got a free upgrade as a gift and so we had our own bathroom, toilet and shower, as well as electrical outlets that we were worried about. Thank you for the price. the location is also super, in the most touristic place, 20 minutes to the train station. Bonus : free drinks.

unfortunately, I would like to have electrical outlets at easier disposal, it is not available to all guests, as well as the cleanliness of average quality, towels were changed every day, but still the red light district makes itself felt.

The location was perfect, right near the Oude Kirk in the red light district. Our room overlooked the canal. We were walking distance from everything.

We decided to stay an extra night, and were told that they could keep us in the same room. Unfortunately, that morning they came to us and said they'd made a mistake and we had to move to another room with no view.

I've stayed here a couple of times, checkin is easy you can leave your bags in a locked room if you get the early and when you check out you can also leave your bags, nice hotel and excellent staff and perfect location

The only downfall is the stairs but that's just Amsterdam

The location was great, very close to main train station. The concierge let us keep our bags there all day until our room was ready. Room was great. Beds were comfy. Bathroom was nice.

Bit of construction going on. Stairs steep + narrow but thats amsterdam. No elevator so had to carry bags up the stairs.
