The staff at the hotel were all amazing and very friendly. They helped with any query we had. The beds were wonderful.

The showers were a little lack luster and the scent pumped through the hotel was overwhelming at times.

it was brilliant the view was amazing the beds are comfortable, bathroom a good size along with the room . staff was incredible so friendly and helpful and chatty . The Male who was working (didn’t catch a name) was so so kind thank you for a brilliant stay wanting to make it a yearly trip from now on and am wanting to come back to hotel nes next time ! right in the centre lots to do and explore train station only a 20 min walk away and you can walk through the centre . so worth coming to this hotel ! also has a lift

the breakfast wasn’t the best not many options but that may of been as we did come down after half 9

Everything was excellent. Check-in was fast and they even tried to upgrade our room (didn't work because we booked from Booking but we appreciate the intention) The staff, everyone including everyone is great, helpful and answers every question, especially Rick from the reception. The hotel location is excellent, walking distance from everything. Definitely good value for money. We enjoyed it very much. Thank you❤️

Like most hotels in Europe, especially in Amsterdam, the rooms are a bit small. The room here was a bit small too..but the equipment in it is excellent..and honestly, who is in a room on vacation?

The rooms have poor sound isolation

The view out of our room on the annex side of the hotel. It was absolutely beautiful. You can clearly see the dancing houses. The staff (Rick)was helpful and kind. He gave us a map and showed us what and where everything was. The other staff members were also helpful and very friendly. This hotel did such a great job of making sure that their guests were as comfortable as possible.

Not the property, please do not take a taxi from the train station. They will rip you off. You can walk to the hotel, we were charged $55 euro and was dropped off far away from the hotel. We ended up walking just as far as from the train station. These drivers are very rude and drove very unsafe. THE TAXIS ARE A SCAM.

Great location as it’s in the centre of Amsterdam so it made to easy to walk everywhere, had cafes and shops all around so you could find anything easily. The staff were lovely and they upgraded us to a canal view room which was pretty. The room is a little small but the bed is very comfy and the bathroom was updated, would have liked the room to match with a bit of updating. The only downside is the breakfast isn’t great there is barely any options or much food with only some eggs and toast some little pastries and cereal. Would like more variety in the breakfast but I would say it’s better to just go out for a nice breakfast somewhere.

The location of the hotel is perfect. Situated beside a canal. We were in an annex around the corner from the main hotel, it was just right for us, we couldn't have found a more perfect place. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice.. the times for breakfast was very good, up to 10am! Our annex room meant we could come and go as we pleased, without dragging through a hotel. The interior of the hotel was clean and well decorated, with lots of pictures and Dutch arts & ornaments etc.

We couldn't find any fault!

We loved the location of this hotel and how easy it was to walk around Amsterdam from there. The staff were very friendly and offered advice about what to do nearby. Our first room was up on the 4th floor and it was difficult to reach because of the narrow spiral staircase, so we were moved free of charge to a different room that we could access by elevator in the main building. However, we did love the view of the canal from that room on the first night. Loved that the hotel offers snacks and wine that you can buy from the front desk, also some souvenirs, too.

The breakfast was 15 euro each, so we did not eat there, it is cheaper to eat nearby.

Central location, walking distance from the main attractions. Room was ok for a few nights. Coffee was provided in the room, clean towels and bedding. Top floor meant a lovely view over the canals, which was beautiful both in the day and at night. Hotel also had a lounge where you were welcome to stay ahead of your check-in or after.

The room we had was very small, pictures were a bit deceptive in terms of space. Bathroom was small too but after using the shower it was a bit awkward to access the bathroom as the floor was wet after showering. Drain was a bit smelly too. Tv didn’t work (or at least we couldn’t figure it out).

The hotel is in an excellent location, located close to the hotspot areas but far enough away that it is not overwhelming or too busy. The staff were excellent, very welcoming and friendly. Nice waiting and rest areas in the lobby. The room was small but very cosy and clean. The bathroom was very clean, modern and nice. Myself and my partner were given a first floor room with a beautiful view onto the canal.

No aircon in the rooms meant some issues with comfortability during a summer stay, but rooms had desk fans.
