We had a wonderful stay,the hotel had everything we needed and more.The room was very comfortable,cozy and had a lovely design that made great use of the space.Minifridge,coffee machine,work desk,efficient AC,great quality bedding,all of it was spot-on value for money.The location is perfect,basically across the street from the beautiful beach,and 4 mins walk from a huge Pathe cinema and supermarkets.Breakfast was delicious with a varied choice for a 3* star hotel,couldn’t fault it.

Great stay at a great location which is very close to the beach. It only took us about three minutes by foot to get to all the nice beach bars around the famous pier area. When we had a rainy day, the hotel offered free umbrellas for the day - it‘s often about the small things which make a great overall experience and service. The breakfast was very good and the service was always kind and helpful. Due to good time management, the breakfast area has never been crowded, so we had a pleasant experience to kick off our days in the morning every day. Room size was totally sufficient for a couple stay, we’d like to highlight this as several other comments criticized this.

We had a room towards the street. Positive aspect: great view on the ferris wheel at the pier. Disadvantage: as we sleep with an open window, there was obviously some traffic noise, but it wasn‘t too bad overall. Pillows weren‘t the most comfortable ones (quite big).

Beds were very comfortable. Great blackout curtains. Lots of space. Very close to the pier and beach. Nice to have 2 spaces for family to be in- upstairs and downstairs in room. TVs on both levels. Nicely decorated and good lighting options.

We were in a maisonette which was in a different building from the hotel so felt more like self catering than a hotel experience but it was a beautiful maisonette. Blinds could not be opened and no balcony so hard to tell what outside/weather was like. Stairs inside were quite steep and toilet downstairs so a bit tricky for toilet in the middle of the night.

Booked a family room because we travelled with a kid. The location is 5 min from the Pier and the beach. The room is cozy, clean, and for the location rather silent. There were far enough towels for everyone and the staff was friendly. Not the kind of small-talk friendly, but really the warm kind of friendly. Big plus to the staff cleaning the rooms and taking care of the buffet during the brunch.. This is all in line with other reviews.

the hotel is a three star hotel, so do not expect a lot of stuff around your room, such as spa, lounge, outside garden, terrasse or balconies or anything like that. It is a functional hotel in a touristy area. With that being said, it is rather pricey for the value.

Great hotel with friendly staff very close to the sea front. Breakfast was very good and served to the table. Parking was secure and accessible from reception without going outside.

The room was cluttered with unnecessary furniture making it feel a bit cramped. The side table and additional chair was not needed. It was very cold on arrival but soon warmed up. Parking, although secure and easily accessible, was very expensive (although they do tell you how much before you arrive).

Very convenient place, comfortable stay, quiet room, kind staff, convenient car parking area (indoors), clean room, close to the beach and facilities around. Would like to stay again for comfortable easy stay.

Room is kind of small for two persons. I was alone, so I had not this problem. Breakfast as far as I heard from my colleagues was nice. Internet is annoyingly slow, meaning the reception quality to the router is not good. Maybe it is because of my receiver.

We celebrated our anniversary here and it was spectacular! We even received complemantary champagne and easter chocolates, which was a nice treat. The room was spotless and incredibly comfortable and spacious. There wasn't really a view, just of the building across. But we didn't mind it so much because the beach was only a 3 minute walk away. The location is ideal; you have the shopping center, metro, restaurants, supermarkets, and beach, all within 5 min walking distance. The staff were also great and quite friendly. They offered to hold our luggage before checkin and after check out while we explored the city, which was a great help! Overall we enjoyed our night here very much and would probably choose the same hotel if we come to the city again.

Very well located and very clean

Everything was good except that even after staying there for many days together with my family, they were very hesitant to give me even an extra hour to check out. I had to pay 10 or 20 euros. 10 or 20 euros is really nothing much tp pay buy they should have been graceful enough to have given us an extra hour with pleasure and no charge. Except for that everything good

The front desk staff and housekeepers were very kind and helpful. There were several nice touches such as the lighting in the room: three spotlights; backlighting behind the bed and TV; overhead room cool lighting; bright lights for entry and bathroom; and a faint, glowing blue nightlight under the bathroom sink. In addition there was plenty of table space: two bedside tables, two comfy chairs, a dining table, plus a desk; and snacks in the afternoon at reception. Internet was great and blackout curtains were awesome. The room is modest (it reminds me of a ship's cabin), but it functions perfectly. Bonus: The booking service considered and met all of my demands for the room (I had three, incl. quiet for sleep). This was quite useful for our enjoyment of the hotel. And checkout is 11 am.

No problems.

1/ We both drank alcohol during the family dinner and did not want to drive back home. So we needed a place to sleep. This hotel had an acceptable price and was conveniently close. 2/ Long live the night porter! When we told him we have a coffee maker in the room but no coffee, he ran up three flights of steps (he was the only staff at the moment) to come and bring us our coffee. 3/ How did they manage to get that enormous bed in such a small room? 4/ Nice and quiet.

The way the buttons for the light in the bathroom are hidden. Grey buttons in an unusual place (beside the wash basin). Try to find those in the middle of the night!
