I really liked the property for its relaxing atmosphere and convenient location. The air conditioning works well, which made the space comfortable throughout my visit. One of the standout features is how close it is to shops—everything I needed was within walking distance, which added to the overall ease and enjoyment of the stay.

One disappointing experience during my stay was an interaction with a staff member named Anna who came across as quite rude. We went to get coffee from the machine, believing it was complimentary based on what a receptionist had told us the night before. However, this staff member insisted it was only for breakfast and that we needed to pay for it. The mixed messages were confusing, and her approach felt unnecessarily abrupt. In the end, we didn’t even take the coffee and just walked away, which left a negative impression despite the otherwise pleasant aspects of the property.

Very friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast, comfortable room, good location.

Room was very warm and window doesn't open very wide, but it wasn't a big problem. Plug sockets nearer the bed would be useful, but the plug sockets at the desk were useful for laptop charging. Nice work space. One important note - the emergency pull cord in the accessible room toilet was tied up, meaning that if a disabled person falls, they can't reach the cord to sound the alarm. They are supposed to trail on the floor or just above the floor. I was able to notice this early and untie it myself, but staff should be aware of this issue and ensure that the emergency cords remain untied so that disabled people can be helped in emergencies.

Was clean and tidy, staff in reception and restaurant area were absolutely lovely, so friendly and helpful. Had an evening meal which was nice and a lovely buffet style breakfast which was very cheap. Room was spacious and cool (as we stayed when it was 29 degree weather), bed was nice a comfortable me and my little boy had a really good nights sleep and the hotel was perfect location to where I needed to be. Really enjoyed my stay.

Only one thing I would criticise is the sink in the bathroom had a little smell from it when the water was run

On arrival there were plenty of car parking spaces and the reception area was clean, modern and welcoming. There were 2 staff in reception, they were great and checked us in quickly. The room was spotless and everything we needed. We decided to stay and eat in the hotel as there was nothing around the hotel within walking distance. Both myself and my sister were impressed with the choices on the menu. Although limited, there was something for everyone. All good was hot and delicious. We were very impressed. If I’m in the area again, I’d definitely choose the Ibis again .

Location to the M25 and Lakeside Shopping. Also very quiet.

Warm welcome from Adita on reception on arrival. Comfortable room, nice and clean. Twice double glazed windows, which made the room totally silent, even with the nearby traffic. Good nights sleep. Lovely freshly cooked evening meal, well presented. Good choice of hot and cold dishes on offer for breakfast. Chef David was attentive to our needs, and cooked us vegetarian sausages on request. Overall a pleasant stay. The staff are lovely and clearly enjoy their work. We will definitely stay here again. Free parking was a bonus.

Nothing to dislike.

The location, price and the surrounding facilities made this the perfect place to stay.

This was my third stay in this hotel. The first being around 10 years ago, then previously around 7-8years ago. There were a few visible things inside the room in need of repair. Toilet roll holder was hanging off the wall, shower door handle was loose, as well as the toilet door handle. But I would need to be really picky to raise this as it didn't effect our stay.

The location is ok for me due to my work place. I am Ibis strong customer for decades.

Nothing much but I was soo disappointed for me getting a parking penalty. I stayed for one night on 12th July and checked out on 13th July and to my surprise I received a penalty charge through mail. Unbelievable because I’ve been a customer for decade and I know it’s a free parking for customers.

Check-in was nice and easy. The staff were amazing. The room was a good size. The only thing I would say was that the TV was a little outdated. There could have been a mirror in the bedroom bot just the bathroom. I did like the fact that we had the option to keep the same bedding the go green door hanger is a great idea. The shower was great.

Everything clean, of good quality and what you'd expect from an Ibis. Lovely staff, comfortable room and the breakfast looked good (we didn't have it but it looked and smelt good). Location from Purfleet station (we travelled from London) was good being only a few minutes on a very affordable bus ride.

Not exactly in the nicest part of town but convenient for a cheap stay.

The bed was comfortable , duvet and pillows were soft and luxurious. The shower and sink was very clean mirrors in the the right places and you can control the temperature of the room which I liked. The tv was on a bracket on the wall which you could turn to the angle that suited you. There was tea and coffee available I had a great night sleep . It is great value for money too.

I didn't have to check out until 12pm and I had room service tapping at more door about quarter to 9am. I felt a bit unrelaxed then as I felt rushed to get sorted and leave the hotel room. They did try again at 10am and had to say sorry I'm still not ready yet.. that was the only down side. Everything else was perfect for me.
