Location was fabulous - across the road from Whitechapel tube station. Clean, beds were very comfy, lovely shower. Host was friendly and on call to help at any time. Baggage storage a 5min walk away was appreciated.

The Royal London Hospital being directly behind meant there were quite a lot of sirens plus the regular traffic noise. We were tired and it didn't disturb us, but something to be aware of. The space is tight - no worries if you spend most of your time out sightseeing. Dish towels would have been good

Easy to contact by WhatsApp and phone, met by Efe who was very friendly and helpful showing how to access apartment. Apartment was compact but comfy and clean. Nice box of teas and coffees, extra toilet roll supplied too.

Outside look and the entrance hall is off putting - doesn’t look clean or welcoming. However the apartment itself is nice inside. Bathroom - floor cracked and shower door broken.

The property itself was quiet and self contained which was very convenient. There were local shops open at all hours for anything you may have forgotten. The shower was very large and relaxing.

The location was easy to find but the specific door was a little confusing. The process to get the keys was a little long and could be easier for the visitor however, the member of staff who looked after me was lovely!

The staff was extremely warm and polite, even helping us move our baggage to the second level, and it was close to a tube station and convenient stores. The beds were cosy and spotless, and a second couch bed that could accommodate five people was also provided. The kitchen is tidy and functional enough. Additionally clean and outfitted with body wash was the bathroom. Excellent two-night stay!

Even at night, the noise from the main road was fairly loud, but other than that, a great location to stay!

Was an ok stay for 1 night.....Gentleman was pleasent who came and let us in very quickly on Arrival....xx

Little bit scary on our return abt 11pm.....as there was groups of men standing about outside our room which we had to walk past....but they didn't bother us....was just abit intimidating for 5 women xx

It was very spacious and open the staff were great help and trustworthy very easy to reach out to them and specially very understanding nice clean home will definitely come back on our next visit 😀 👍 No comment everything was great

Location wise - Perfect for us. Apartment was clean and cosy. The beds, bathroom, kitchen etc..everything was clean. Hosts were helpful.

We were on 2nd floor, but there was no lift & the stairs were a bit difficult to go up and down with the kids, pram etc. Also, TV wasn't connected/working.

Location was perfect as we just wanted somewhere close to the underground :)

The noise is quite bad however i’m a heavy sleeper and came in after long days and fell asleep straight away,

I really love the studio type accomodation it is very clean and comfy. You can cook foods that you want because it is closed to wet market and groceries. Very accessible in transpo as well. The staff is very responsive and kind. Overall satisfied❤❤❤

The noisy but reasonable because its just in front of mainroad.. The main door going up its too narrow but its not bad of its price . Poor wifi connection.

It was perfect for a friend group of four looking for accommodation for the night , nice big area for us all to use!

Can be a bit noisey in the night due to being close to the hospital but that was expected and only happened twice so it wasn't bad at all
