The location was close to Sants station and a shopping centre. Nice room with lots of facilities.

Staff at reception didn't feel overly friendly. The pool was closed and there was a lack of signage to the rooftop pool. Service in the restaurant was slow on our first day even though it wasn't that busy. We were given glasses for water but no water. The restaurant was expensive for what we got and the surroundings. Barmen were pleasant in the evenings though.

High standard hotel. Room was wonderful, lots of space, big bathroom, iron and iron board in the room equipment, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, refilled every day. Small toiletries in case one forgotten. We had a king bed it was totally comfortable. Sound proof windows so we had complete peace. Reception very friendly, patience and helpful. The rooftop pool was really cool relaxing place after a sightseeing day. We didn’t try the breakfast so I cannot tell but restaurant was really nice. Octopus was delicious. We came by car which we leave without a trouble in a spacious garage. Excellent place! We will definately return!

Our stay at NH Collection Barcelona Constanza was absolutely wonderful! It’s truly the best place to stay with family. From the moment we booked, the staff went above and beyond to make our experience special. One thing that really stood out was their thoughtfulness. A day before check-in, they called to ask about our daughter’s preferences. When we arrived, we were delighted to find the room beautifully decorated with balloons, a cake, and a personalized poster with her name. It was such a touching gesture, and our daughter was overjoyed! She now insists that we stay at NH Collection Barcelona Constanza every time we visit. Beyond the incredible surprise, the hotel itself was excellent. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and stocked with refreshments. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. Nice breakfast as well. If you’re visiting Barcelona, I highly recommend staying at NH Collection Barcelona Constanza. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality make all the difference. We will definitely be returning!

Excellent hotel, amazing breakfast, fantastic service. Highly recommended!

The union members of the hotel workers handed us a leaflet explaining that their salaries haven’t been updated in 15 years, while the rents in Barcelona have jumped with 70%. They told us there is a massive turnout of staff because of this and that the chain does not care just hires new people. Apparently the chain makes massive profits but this doesn’t reflect at all in the hotel workers wedges. Be fare to your workers NH Collection as they made our stay so special!

The breakfast was the best I've ever seen! Sooo much choice. Was my favourite thing about this hotel by far. 10/10 Clean, smart rooms. Shame I couldn't connect the tv to my Netflix though. I liked the sweets and fruit water at reception. Also a great little coffee shop on the back terrace.

Wasn't too happy about the £50 per night returnable deposit for the room. The receptionist said it will be more frequent now in other hotels. It wasn't mentioned previously or on booking.com so this ate into my spending money a little

I really enjoyed the area, had a few restaurants nearby and other shops, the mall was also very nice and is literally right next to the hotel. The staff was very welcoming and has multiple buses the pass near the hotel. The room was nice and was actually very good size for the price.

It did feel like it was a bit removed from the tourist area, which can be nice but something to consider if you don't want to take buses every time you want to go out. I was hoping to try the spa section but was down for maintenance.

I liked that it was super clean, the location felt really safe and we had a lot of stores, restaurants around us and the we were able to take the bus to the tourist attractions. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I have had. It even had some mimosas. The hotel was not noisy at all. I saw most of the pilots use this hotel to stay and also company groups. The pool is nice although the water was cold and we could not use it.

We have stayed in this hotel with my sister for 2 nights at December. Everything was absolutely perfect - beautiful designed quiet rooms, tasty breakfast, helpful and friendly staff... You feel there just like you should feel in the right accommodation . Also location of the hotel is perfect - it has very nice and cozy neighborhood with some interesting restaurants, coffee places etc. and it's still pretty close to the Barcelona's city centre (approximately 20 minutes). I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone and I'm really excited to come back again!

Good - medium Hotel. Nice, comfy, clean room, Right next to a shopping mall and a kids playground. Free candy at the entrance :) Medium prices. Skip one day for cleaning and get a voucher for free drinks at the bar.

The location , its pretty far from a metro station. Also , 30 min. spa that you have to book previously. Only 1 bathrobe for a double room, but i didn't use it anymway.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived before the check in time but since the room was already cleaned, they accommodated us. There are many facilities nearby like the small shopping center in the corner of the hotel. Also the location was very good, near the public transport.

The equipments in the room weren’t very clean. They had a lot of not cleaned stains. Otherwise it was ok.
