The hotel was very clean and modern. The colors of interiors as soothing and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was very central close to everything.

Only one very small elevator in the hotel which was fine until the day of the check out that was a chaos. We where stuck in our level for about an hour trying to catch it to get our luggage downstairs in the reception area. Everyone was leaving at the same time. We had to carry our luggage down using the stairs. We also struggled to get a taxi from the hotel because it was a Sunday and everyone was heading to their Cruise.

All of the staff is incredibly kind and helpful in every way. If they can accommodate you, they will. They were friendly at the reception and very friendly at breakfast. The location is probably one of the best in Barcelona. Everything is walking distance.

The first room was very very small. For this price we were expecting a bit more. There is basically just a bed with 50cm each side.

Building works are underway so banging noises started at 8am every day. We were not aware of this when we booked the hotel.

At exactly one o'clock, we arrived at the hotel and completed the hotel check-in procedures. The bags were placed at the reception until the room was ready and a quick tour was taken in the Ramblas streets. At exactly three o'clock in the afternoon, a message was received from the hotel stating that the room was ready, the room number and the door secret number. Upon arrival at the hotel, the bags were placed in the room by the reception team. A super excellent hotel, the room is spacious and clean, the bed is excellent and the bathroom is excellent, there is a bidet water hose and great air conditioning. The breakfast is varied and delicious, the location is in the heart of the city, there are many halal restaurants near the hotel and close to the marina, shopping and some tourist attractions. Easy check-out from the hotel was finally. Whoever is looking for excellence, comfort and cleanliness stays in this hotel,,,, I will stay again in the future. The location was perfect, even though the office was a bit far but had no issues getting to and from the office. Room was clean and even though I had a room over looking the Ramblas, it was quiet. Breakfast in the morning had a good selection and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend the Royal Ramblas and will be returning.

It's not that I didn't like it, it was that the hotel was improving by decorating, but this was well managed and not at all noisy. I am sure once finished, it will looking emmaculate.

I recently stayed at royal for three days, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring all my needs were met with promptness and a smile. The room was spacious, spotless, and well-appointed with modern amenities, providing a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and I appreciated the high-quality linens and pillows, which made for restful nights. Location-wise, the hotel is ideally situated, making it easy to explore the local attractions and dine at nearby restaurants. Extremely clean renovated good sized rooms, comfy beds, espresso machine, perfect internet connection, perfect location, 150 m from Catalunya square, walking distance to the Marina, it is in the center of everything, was offered a room straight on Ramblas on the second floor and it was quiet and nice, very good shopping area , on the top of a nice restaurant called La Poma where the hotel offers 10% discount at this restaurant, I would stay there again, just be careful of the pick pocketers in Ramblas especially when it is so crowded on Saturday & Sunday, would like to thank the team for being very cooperative , check in was at 3:30 but they allowed me in from 1:30.

It was extremely expensive Euro 300/night for 4 stars hotel, some rooms were still under renovation so you might hear the work going on; but it wasn't major; I went out every morning for business so didn't stay while they were working.

It was central location. Walking distance to the Metro so very convenient going to Montserrat. Just a few steps to the Casa Batlo, Boqueria, La Ramblas. The rooms are great. They were able to accommodate our family with 2 adjoining rooms. But the star of this hotel were the staff. Everyone was nice and very helpful. I wish I got all their names so I thank and give a shout out to all of them. No Cons. However, they can’t accommodate early check-in but it was understandable seeing every hour there’s at least 10 ppl trying to get their rooms too. They have luggage storage and we had atleast 11 luggages/bags. So book right away bec this place is very popular.
