We had a fabulous premier room, overlooking a beautiful courtyard The room was spotless, and,cleaned daily with attention to detail. The aircon worked well, and it was lovely to have a fridge in the room for cold drinks after a busy hot day walking and siteseeing.All the staff were friendly and very helpful, from arriving to leaving. The breakfast was excellent with so much choice and attention to detail, especially for those with allergies, such as gluten free and lactose intolerance. I enjoyed the omelette station, and the the helpful, ,chatty,friendly chef (think it was Pedro)who looked after those waiting really well cooking to order, and people's tastes. We had researched buses etc, the hotel is 20 mins average walking distance, to the main historicalareas and is safe to walk, or we got the 01 bus for 1.40 Euro , if we were having a busy siteseeing day. , I would thoroughly recommend the hotel, and look forward to coming back in the near future.

Nothing to dislike.

The room that I have booked was small but very convenient for one person and it was really clean and tidy! Stuff was in general friendly and polite and I would like to mention Jaime from FO and Gema, Bea and Luis from breakfast area. The TV was really easy to connect with YT and watch things I like. The breakfast options were great, their cheeses, cold cut meats and pastries were delicious. Also, orange juice machine is so good! The location of the hotel is pretty much decent as you need approximately 10-15min by foot to the city center (and I am a fast walker).

I had issues with 2 things: 1. The sink in the bathroom is one of the worse ever created and made! The tap is so close to the sink that you just can not wash your hands/face or brush your teeth as human being is suppose to do. 2. The blinds were loose and wobbly and during my second night there I could not sleep for 30-40min because the noise, so I needed to use Engineering masterpiece called shoehorn and fully block the blinds.

Room was really comfortable with everything we needed and the spa was excellent We ate dinner in the restaurant on one evening and it was really very good. Relaxing on the rooftop terrace in the glorious sunshine was lovely but disappointing that we couldn’t use the pool as it was so hot.

The water temperature in the shower was difficult to get right, it was either freezing or scalding. Reception staff were very friendly but a concierge who could give advice and help on how to get around the city and good places to eat etc would have been good. It was also a shame that the rooftop pool was closed as the weather was so good and it would have been lovely to have a dip after a day of sightseeing

Premium bedroom was big, stylish, super-clean, very quiet and comfortable with a great bed. Hotel simple, modern, smart with very welcoming, friendly staff. Nice wine selection and reasonable prices. Decent breakfast choice, nice but noisy room. Nice rooftop pool(small), bar and hot tub although too cool to use this Easter time. 10 minute walk to edge of old town and 20+ to Cathedral was perfect for us. Overall, just a nice relaxing place to be.

The aircon struggled to keep our room cool through the night and this is April, would be concerned about it's ability to cope in Summer.

Staff were incredibly nice and helpful, made sure we had a very good stay. They helped with taxis early in the morning to catch our flight and offered wake up service for free. Hotel is very modern, clean and nice, has everything you need.

The shower in our room was oddly designed, water got everywhere because it leaked. Pool area is lovely, but not massive. You have to get up there at 2/3pm to secure a sunbed. In most cities, a 15 minute walk to the city centre is perfect, but in the hot heat of Seville, we wished it was 5/10 minutes closer.

Very helpful staff. An upgrade on arrival to a superior room which proved to be spacious and well appointed. The bar/restaurant had a limited menu but was very handy as there were no eating facilities nearby and the service was good. The hotel is well sited and only 20 minutes walk to the city centre.

Although the room was upgraded it overlooked a rather tatty side road (graffiti and run down) and adjoined a motor cycle retailer who was displaying his wares in the street below. Not a major problem for us as we were out during the days and we kept the windows shut at night but could be problematic in warmer months.

Location is close to bus station and about 20 minutes walk to old town area. Easy ride to airport as well and a small grocery store about a block away. It’s about 35 minutes walk to Triana. Semi central but you have to like walking. Upon checkin I had the friendliest people at the front desk helping me to get in my room early and giving me info. The spa on-site is nice and I got a great massage. Comfy beds, fridge worked well to keep my food extra cold. There IS a lift both inside the property and to street level if you’ve got heavy bags or have mobility issues with stairs. The lady in the bar late at night was so friendly when I needed to get some tea. Rooftop view was nice.

My AC wasn’t working much at all. I made a request the first morning to get it fixed and asked for help with the window shade while I was away that day, no one showed up. Had to make a 2nd request and the guy at the front desk was annoyed (even though he was the person I’d spoken to the previous day). The repairman was very sweet but ultimately the AC never got fixed and I never got help with window screen. The hair dryer works for about 4 minutes tops and then turns off automatically and you have to wait for it to cool down or something before it works again. There are no kettles in the room. The hallway noise was so loud even though I was tucked in a corner. It sounded like someone was slamming a shopping cart around the hallway all day from mid morning til late afternoon.

The property seemed like it was recently refurbished - either that or it was exceptionally maintained because the facilities were all clean, the general decor was beautifully modern with the right touch of traditional styling. The courtyard at the back is incredibly picturesque and nice to walk through. They had a spa and a gym which we did not use unfortunately, so cannot comment about it. We received an upgrade from a Triple room to a Premier room, which was really nice. The room itself was clean, spacious, had all the amenities we needed and had a separate pull out bunkbed (which our child loved) as well as an enormous bed for us. The bathroom was clean and shower was powerful with hot water. Breakfast was great - lots of different options and the quintessential Sevillian orange marmalade was delicious. The location of the property is in the Old City which is a lovely location to be in, there are many shops nearby and the sights of the Old City are all a short walk away - pretty much everything you need to see is about 20-25 mins walk absolute maximum. The taxi from the airport brought us to the hotel in 25 minutes in the morning, so it is close to the airport too. Overall we had a really nice stay and absolutely no concerns with this property - we would highly recommend it to couples, families and even single business professionals alike.

The property is beautiful. Bed comfy and breakfast plentiful and tasty. Shame the Spa is an additional €15 per hour and you have to phone them yourself to book a slot as they don't do it for you at the reception.

My reservation clearly stated Pay at the property. When I went to check out and about to pay I was told my credit card had already been charged. For me that was an inconvenience as I had organised my funds for the holiday in euro in a separate money travel card.

The property was in a great location. It was clean and all the facilities looked new. It was the perfect base to explore the city and had a lovely rooftop terrace to relax at the end of the day. We are a family of 4 with grandparents and everyone enjoyed our stay. We had breakfast in the hotel and this was great - lots of choice and everything was delicious! The staff were very helpful.

It was really nice to have a small spa but during our stay the sauna was not working and the jacuzzi was not very warm. But we were given 50% off due to the sauna not being available to use.
