Seville is a place where Spanish go to have their holidays, and so as you would expect, it is heavily Spanish speaking. The hotel is a couple of mile away from the main tourist area so it can be difficult to communicate in the bars and restaurants if you do not know the lingo. The staff in Santa Justa spoke perfect English and all were very pleasant. On the first night we arrived, I realised I had made a mistake by not letting the hotel know in advance that I needed a double bed, the staff immediatly moved me to a room with one available. The rooftop pool bar was very nice and the staff even more so. We were that busy visiting locations that we didn't get to experience the spa on the ground floor, but it did look nice. Honestly if I'm ever lucky enough to return to Seville I would definitely stay here again.

Great location 10 mins from the station and about 10/20 from attractions depending which one you went to. Staff all lovely on our arrival we were a bit early and they gave us a pass to the rooftop pool and bar. We had lunch there and food was great. On trying to check in room still wasn’t ready so we were upgraded to a huge room, modern and complimentary water on our first day. Great shower lots of towels. Small supermarket 2 mins up the road. All pool staff very helpful and free tequila shots one afternoon. Pool are is small but they couldn’t have done anything better with the space, some days busy some not bad. People coming in and out so always got a bed. Always fresh water in reception which was nice when coming back in. Don’t try the breakfast so can’t comment .

The staff were all lovely and very friendly/helpful. The bar was really good too, a bit pricey but expected from a hotel bar. The room itself was amazing, very good decor, and very comfy beds. Aircon was amazing too - especially in the July Seville heat! Location was very central, probably a 15-30min walk to most sights in Seville. Very quiet and calm!

Pool could have been a bit bigger, it's a bit catfish in the pictures - more of a paddling/chilling pool than a swimming pool. But enough to cool down. Could probably fit 4-5 people max. Breakfast was also very pricey so we didn't try this, although it looked good (18€ pp.). I also kept getting squashed by the lift doors which I think need a bit of maintenance, if I was old I might have been injured.

Spotless properly really nice location. Lovely facilities. It has bus stops right outside the door and the bus to the airport is a 6 minute walk for €6.

Everything was great but I found the breakfast situation a bit strange. I had breakfast 4 mornings of my stay and on entry at 10:15am and 10am another morning with breakfast end time advertised as 11:00am I kind of felt under pressure to rush and leave. This doesn’t make it relaxing. If the time they wanted people to be finished with breakfast was 10:30 no problem but it should be amended if that’s the case.

We had a fabulous premier room, overlooking a beautiful courtyard The room was spotless, and,cleaned daily with attention to detail. The aircon worked well, and it was lovely to have a fridge in the room for cold drinks after a busy hot day walking and siteseeing.All the staff were friendly and very helpful, from arriving to leaving. The breakfast was excellent with so much choice and attention to detail, especially for those with allergies, such as gluten free and lactose intolerance. I enjoyed the omelette station, and the the helpful, ,chatty,friendly chef (think it was Pedro)who looked after those waiting really well cooking to order, and people's tastes. We had researched buses etc, the hotel is 20 mins average walking distance, to the main historicalareas and is safe to walk, or we got the 01 bus for 1.40 Euro , if we were having a busy siteseeing day. , I would thoroughly recommend the hotel, and look forward to coming back in the near future.

Nothing to dislike.

Room was really comfortable with everything we needed and the spa was excellent We ate dinner in the restaurant on one evening and it was really very good. Relaxing on the rooftop terrace in the glorious sunshine was lovely but disappointing that we couldn’t use the pool as it was so hot.

The water temperature in the shower was difficult to get right, it was either freezing or scalding. Reception staff were very friendly but a concierge who could give advice and help on how to get around the city and good places to eat etc would have been good. It was also a shame that the rooftop pool was closed as the weather was so good and it would have been lovely to have a dip after a day of sightseeing

Staff were incredibly nice and helpful, made sure we had a very good stay. They helped with taxis early in the morning to catch our flight and offered wake up service for free. Hotel is very modern, clean and nice, has everything you need.

The shower in our room was oddly designed, water got everywhere because it leaked. Pool area is lovely, but not massive. You have to get up there at 2/3pm to secure a sunbed. In most cities, a 15 minute walk to the city centre is perfect, but in the hot heat of Seville, we wished it was 5/10 minutes closer.

Premium bedroom was big, stylish, super-clean, very quiet and comfortable with a great bed. Hotel simple, modern, smart with very welcoming, friendly staff. Nice wine selection and reasonable prices. Decent breakfast choice, nice but noisy room. Nice rooftop pool(small), bar and hot tub although too cool to use this Easter time. 10 minute walk to edge of old town and 20+ to Cathedral was perfect for us. Overall, just a nice relaxing place to be.

The aircon struggled to keep our room cool through the night and this is April, would be concerned about it's ability to cope in Summer.

The room that I have booked was small but very convenient for one person and it was really clean and tidy! Stuff was in general friendly and polite and I would like to mention Jaime from FO and Gema, Bea and Luis from breakfast area. The TV was really easy to connect with YT and watch things I like. The breakfast options were great, their cheeses, cold cut meats and pastries were delicious. Also, orange juice machine is so good! The location of the hotel is pretty much decent as you need approximately 10-15min by foot to the city center (and I am a fast walker).

I had issues with 2 things: 1. The sink in the bathroom is one of the worse ever created and made! The tap is so close to the sink that you just can not wash your hands/face or brush your teeth as human being is suppose to do. 2. The blinds were loose and wobbly and during my second night there I could not sleep for 30-40min because the noise, so I needed to use Engineering masterpiece called shoehorn and fully block the blinds.

Very nice and helpful reception staff. Rooms are well decorated and with everything necessary to make it comfortable. Rooftop bar and pool are small but cozy. Hotel is located near santa justa station and still a 10-15min walk to the city center.

The rooftop bar and pool has its own music system so the staff should not allow other people to use their own loud sound system freely. It made me really uncomfortable to have to listen a terrible music from 2 persons with a big speaker in the small pool and still listen the good bar background music
