Rooms were picked up and relatively clean, however I personally would’ve liked to have had it cleaned more thorough! The tub had a dirt ring around it, and the bedspread was old and stained! New bed spreads and a little deeper clean in the rooms would improve the comfort level here!

The hotel was very clean and they had night time security so the cars were very safe. Also the guy at the front desk was suoer friendly and accommodating. I had accidentally booked a smoking room and he made it a point to ask me and then fix my mistake for me. Also this hotel is just 5 minute walk to downtown area with tons of bars and restaurants.

AC worked ok, curtains let a lot of light in. It's just a basic room. So that is to be expected.

It is convenient right off the freeway me and my boyfriend go there once a week just to get rest and relaxation away from our lives at home

Means this isn't a five-star motel or anything sometimes some of the other people staying there a little loud have dogs barking things like that but the staff is very helpful and stopping that problem

What I liked the most is the staff and maids are all polite and very accommodating. The office staff remembered us and welcomed us back. Now whenever I need a place to stay for a night, a week, or even more I'm going directly to Premier Inn in Concord.

Actually there wasn't anything I didn't like. My family and I always enjoy our stay.

It is cheap and clean. What more do you expect?

It is a rough neighborhood. The people on the street and the other guests may not be what you are used to. Be safe and don't expose yourself to oppprtunistic crime. Vulnerable people -- women old people, etc. should consider other choices. But if you are careful, it is a clean cheap room and you can save about 40 bucks a night compared to the next cheapest place

There's some of the outlets are not fixed very well. And at the end of the side door of the room I'm staying there's kinda dogs just bites it and so on.

One above and outlet. I don't want to be liable on that. My 2 digs won't do anything like that.

The room was comfortable and the staff was very accommodating. Parking was plentiful. The staff kept the rooms and property very clean. Thank you for the great stay.

Convenient location to many different places.

The bed was very lopsided, dipping in various areas. The TV was fuzzy on majority of the channels. Also, the bolt didn't close/ lock all the way, had to jiggle it to stay in the locked position.

Nice comfy room. Parking was great. Good location for restaurants.Im disabled and access was super easy.And of course the staff was super friendly and professional. Thanx.
