I liked the carpeted floor and the bed was comfortable. Shower was wonderful

When I checked in the women treated me coldly and when I called the office you tell them that I didn’t have a microwave in my room I was told that there weren’t any in rooms and that I could use the one in the lobby. Also, the telephone in the room was not working well.

The room was clean, the front desk people at check in and when we needed extra towels were very friendly and efficient. We felt safe on the property and the room was surprisingly quiet.

It's obvious there is a renovation going on, so things just felt a little bland and very basic. I'm sure that will change as things are updated.

The room was clean and well stocked. It is in a very convenient location near the freeway and shopping. I would stay here again.

They were doing repair /maintenance on the exterior of the building. There was all the associated equipment related to stucco and paint required to complete the work. The work was progressing with minimal disruption to the stay.

I went online and made My reservation And they ask if I had any special needs. that I will be arriving between 12 and 1230 if I could get in at that time and when I got there. They let me in that was awesome. I didn't have to wait around, thank you for that.

It was very clean, and a had a refrigerator it was awesome. I'm planning another trip and I will be staying there. Thank you again for everything.

New bright LED lights for parking lot. Parking seems safer with this new re-model feature. I've been here numerous times during re-model. Fresh painted rooms and upgrades. I like that they have the Golf channel! Gas station next door is clean and has good coffee and fresh donuts.

The room was clean and enough for one person. Parking was plentiful, and the location with all the restaurants nearby worked out well.

Skimpy blankets, no extras. The door into the room had a one-half inch gap that let in cold air, shampoo bottle was exactly one usage. No extra toilet paper roll. Everything seemed kind of money-saving moves, but it didn't make me feel entirely welcome. Like if I needed more shampoo or toilet paper, I'd have to go up to the office and beg.

TV control was broken given a new one but volume didn’t work too big of a gap in the door the cold air was coming in BUT got a towel from housekeeping to cover it up and facing freeway coming from staying two nights at Graton so u Can understand BUT it was clean n staff were great

I arrived late; staff was available for check in.

Key cards not working. Had to be let in by staff. If I’d have had to Lea e room, I’d have needed to get someone to let me back in with manual key. See pics of shower rod in Room 308. It needs attention - before it falls on someone’s head.

Easy access to Highway 101, good location when traveling north, you can tell they are trying to revive an old property that needs a lot of work

Carpet was "wet" ick....old food in refrigertor smelled terrible

Fourth stay at this motel. This time the room looked remodeled, there was plenty of toilet paper, and tea bags were available. All the issues I had previously not happening this time.

Wish they would put weather-stripping in those entry doors. In four different rooms the gap has been about 1/2 inch between the door and the ground, and cold air comes into the rooms all night.
