Staff was welcoming and professional. After we were give our room key the desk agent told us about the amenities that were available to us as guest. Room was a good size, plenty of lighting and good AC/heating.

Minor things that I would say aren't a cause for dislike. The room lacked a safe (not required for our 1 night); USB ports could be available on both sides of the bed; the ironing board was very dated and I felt bad that it couldn't be collapsed to be put away. Last thing, the mattress was to soft for my comfort level.

The rooms were good , very spacious bathroom with all required facilities. The gym and swimming pool is excellent . Staffs were very cooperative and polite.

The breakfast was never ready by 6 AM. The food is costly compared to local restaurants . Room cleaning was not done regularly and tea / coffee not refilled - had to get those from the reception. There is not much options to eat outside.

The staff was very polite, helpful, and attentive. The room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast was great and reasonable value. My son loved the basketball court, pool and everything really. It was a great stay .

The charge of the parking lot. I think it should be included with the stay.

The breakfast package is simply lousy. The staff doesn’t keep the buffet loaded, the food is not hot, and there is no variation. It is also understaffed, so that we would ask for something as simple as a bagel(which the bin was out of) and after ten minutes would have to do so again since it wasn’t delivered. An expensive price for a very mediocre morning meal.

Breakfast was awesome! Great service in restaurant. Bay Club was outstanding!

Front desk knew nothing of sites to see, directions etc. Could be better prepared. I'm from east coast traveling west... had to google everything myself.

The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I was in Walnut Creek dealing a death in my family. I had to bring into the hotel boxes and boxes of paperwork to rifle through. They helped me get rid of a boatload recycled paper. Since I had to spend so much time in my room they brought up a microwave for me!! I could bring in to-go and hunker down without having to leave the room. Amazing.

They are not a ‘green’ hotel at all. They use a coffee maker in the room that requires plastic throw away holders. At the reception desk they give away small plastic bottles of water. The small lotion and shampoo bottles are one use only. There was not a recycle trash can in the room, so very basic! I was shocked at their wastefulness. This is the Bay Area, get with the program. This would be one big reason I would not return to this hotel. A good example of a eco friendly hotel is The Orchard Garden hotel in San Fransico. When looking for hotels you did search for eco friendly hotels. It would have been nice if they had room service, but the microwave they offer me made this a non-issue.

Everything was very nice: location, staff, accommodations and surroundings.

Restaurant breakfast food was mediocre at best and it seemed like there was not enough help in the restaurant. One person was doing several jobs which affected the service.

A big room and comfortable. Hotel is very close by Bart Station (6 minutes) and Sprout Farm shop (10 min). The hotel has a nice club where to swim and play basketball.

When I made the reservation Booking presented the room with balcony and the room to have the view at to swimming pool. In reality I received a room without any balcony and the view on the back of the hotel at the parking. Nobody came to clean the room all our sejurn ( 10 nights !) It is very important for people to know how often is cleaning their room during their sejurn.Your presentation on Booking it wasn't real ! Please adjust information about room and clean services. Thank you !

Everyone was very accommodating. It was nice experience. We did the full spa package and then enjoyed Gym as well so overall great visit.

It was very nice I love that you give customers an option to use the gym, which is nice.

Amazing location, convenience of getting a day pass for The BayClub is great.

Rooms could use some updating. Although clean, the rooms are past the normal wear and tear. That aside, our stay was VERY comfortable!
