We did not participate in the meals provided but the front desk staff were very professional and did not interact with any other staff of the hotel.

We were there for a 4 night stay. It was posted in the restroom if you were going to be more that 3 nights , the room would be serviced/cleaned. This did not happen but we were able to get clean towels from the front desk on the night of 4/2. But this would not deter us in returning to this hotel. Our dog was very comfortable!!

My 92 year old Dad and I travelled around Colorado for a week and you were by far the best place and best value as well!! We found the room very comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was absolutely fabulous with a wide selection of choices that all were wonderful! Dad was happy to see the well placed Handicap bar in the shower. Dad and I also had fun with your apparent tie in with the O'Dell brewery (OK, they show the name slightly different but with such good beer I guess we will let them get away with that little slip up!!! lol :-) )

The outlook from the patio door was not great but we were happy to be on the first floor

It was a last minute booking. Another hotel where we booked a room automatically bumped us to another day because they were booked for the night we needed. That was done with only email communication (it didn't say that they bumped us to another day in the email. If we hadn't paid attention to the dates, we would have been out of luck at 11 pm when we got to the hotel!!) The staff was very accommodating and courteous. We would have give all top rating, but the bath tub looked like it had been painted before and it was flaking off. It was till clean but that might need to be fixed.

The room was fine. Bed comfortable and linens fresh. The size of the property makes unloading the car a little more work without a dolly. I didn't use the breakfast because I brought my own. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The outter door from my hallway to the parking lot was hard to push and keep open when dealing with luggage. I would prefer to unload onto a dolly at the portico and then park. The hallway had a lot of leaves blown in but that may be a seasonal issue. The wind had been blowing.

The rooms were spacious and well appointed, the beds were comfortable, linens were adequate, and the staff were helpful, enthusiastic and expressed their gratefulness to see that we had a good stay.

Our room fan was noisy, the toilet seat was loose, and we could smell and hear breakfast happening. The pool water needed to be much cooler and there was debris floating.

Cleanliness is my top indicator to rate a hotel. Offering breakfast is a definite plus. A friendly/unfriendly staff can make or break an opinion of a stay.

The parking lot needed some attention. Curb appeal is important. There was broken concrete and garbage in the parking area.

Very good for travel with pets, staff very accommodating to our requests even though very busy holiday weekend. Comfortable bed, lots of pillows, hot showers, table and two chairs, decent breakfast, heater system efficient and quiet, refrigerator and microwave, plenty of power plugs

Needs some updating throughout

The staff was friendly outgoing very helpful the food was amazing so was the server. She was one fantastic lady Karen was her name and we take our heads off to her. Also the front desk was very helpful and several different ways.

It was a small issue in regards to the TV but they were very helpful and straightening out the matter.

Karen the wonderful lady running the breakfast bar was the highlight. She was so kind and considerate and the breakfast was hot and full. The pool was a great surprise as well:)

The hot tubs running would have been much better. There was construction happening in the hallways that was kinda hazardous. We wish the restaurant was up and running as well.

The location was great for what we were doing. We came from Denver to ride the railroad, and it was only about 7 minutes away. I felt like the location was great. The breakfast was also good, definitely more than a standard complimentary breakfast! I felt like the rooms were clean, safe, and quiet. I'd recommend this place for someone looking for a good deal and location! Definitely not a fancy hotel by any means, but it had everything we needed.

The hot tubs were closed, which wasn't a big deal. It would've been nice to use them though!
