like the building setting n open grounds. they have snack machines available with lots of choice foods n fav drinks I liked. feels homey.

the building not fixed. it would look really nice repainted n balcony fixed around hotel. it's nice building n friendly staff n always friendly people traveling through the place. would like to see snack machine working only uses charge card n it'd be nice maybe on weekends some type of breakfast served like basket muffins n fruit n coffee..something like that. would like to see all rooms with lil fridge, micro n maybe sm coffee pot would be very handy due to traveling w food n eating at nighttime at restaurants.

We have stayed here several times and always been very pleased. The property is very nice and will maintain the rooms are very clean and we love that the floors are LVT and carpeting. Any staff members that we’ve encountered have always been very kind and professional. We can’t say enough about what a great value it is. We enjoy visiting East Lyme and staying in Motel 6 has made it even better.

We would appreciate having a mini fridge and a microwave but given what a great value it is we are pleased and satisfied with the room as it is.

Always friendly staffs and especially Sam is really kind and always smiling. I traveled east cost due to work this summer and this place was one of my favorite places to stop by and relax. And the location is perfect to tour around.

The back middle stairs seem very weak And may break soon.

Being in our 70's the bathroom is in need of updating. I don't know if they had any handicap rooms available There is structural work in progress, indicating updates are in progress.

Quiet most nights. Ice machine worked. Saved a little meal $$ by having a microwave & a larger than normal fridge/freezer Plenty of hot water for showers. Room on the first floor was a relief for bad knee & hips.

A few questionable tenants. Bed was pretty firm

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The price was reasonable.

The room was very humid. The AC was not working properly and the paint from inside the tub was peeling off

We always stay here because it is safe, clean and staff is great. It is close to places we like to go and the price is reasonable.

Right off the highway, located next to a couple of grocery stores, a Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, Gas Station, and many restaurants in delivery distance. Convenient location! Parking was definitely sufficient.

The room was priced very inexpensively, and yeah it did show. The accomodations were modest, but decent. I guess it would be better if there were more stairs to the second floor but that's a minor gripe to pad out the review to the minimum.

The room was big and comfortable. Shower was amazing. Bed was comfy too.

The floors were a mess. Whatever they cleaned it with was super greasy. Couldn’t walk around without socks. That’s my only complaint.
