The customer service is excellent at any time!

I was use to some breakfast like they always had and just recently no more anything but tea or coffee. I and many people who have stood there from out of state, enjoyed having some type of breakfast especially not knowing the area. Several Coast Guard Cadet families and coaches from other out of state, who didn't know the area.

I enjoyed the kitchenette in the room which was unexpected but very handy. It allowed us to make a hot breakfast for the two days we were there. The room was clean and well-designed.

The only thing I did not like was the noise the guests above were making so late at night. It prompted me to call the front desk which I had never had to do other places we stayed. However, they had to have been notified as the noise stopped shortly thereafter.

We booked two room for our son and ourselves, breaking up a trip from Eastern Massachusetts back to NYC. Situated nicely in the middle, and very close to the many wonderful restaurants and activities in Mystic, the price was excellent for basic, clean, comfortable rooms.

Check-in was a bit time-consuming and there was a couple before us who had quite a bit of trouble with their reservation. Overall, everything worked out and it was no big deal, but a bit of streamlining in this area might be useful.

I was glad there were some choices for a quick grab and go breakfast. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. I liked the little kitchen, although I didn't use it. The heat worked great. The staff was friendly, he was just a bit hard to understand.

It was just very basic, but didn't expect much from a motel. Just happy there weren't any bugs. Could hear either neighbors from upstairs or next door, but was able to fall asleep.

It was the most reasonable price we could find so we took a gamble on a motel over a hotel and it was surprisingly pleasant. The room was very clean and staff was nice and it was very conveniently located right near the highways. Minus the issues with other inconsiderate guests our stay was enjoyable.

The first night there was one guest playing music really loud all hours of the night. At 2 am someone must have been annoyed and had enough because all your heard on top of the music was banging, as if someone was banging on their door with no response for a good 10-15 mins. Although the motel can't control the guests the frustrating part is with a motel there is no one on staff to correct the issue at those hours of the night unlike at a hotel the front desk can handle those issues.

I was pleasantly surprised when I stayed at the Rodeway Inn. It is very close to the highway, yet there was no noise. It was very clean and bright; the bed was comfortable, the pillows awesome; the bathroom shower was very strong and hot!!! For a 1-night stay I was very happy and will use this Inn again, when needed.

I always look for bargains; I wished there was a Senior discount as I am 72 years old and could have used a break pricewise.

Location was good... Didn't have breakfast!

Nothing to do with the hotel really... But when we arrived back to the hotel one night, we couldn't park in our parking spot because the people next to us parked over into ours. So we had to park off to the side which wasn't really a parking spot.

The location was great . Though we were close to a highway we heard no traffic noise at all. The facility was very clean and well maintained.

The property is an older building but the beds were updated, the window shades were in good taste, the bedding could have been a little plusher but served the purpose.

For me the location is in a good spot. I didn't have the breakfast.

I had a hard time understanding some of the conversations. The couch in the room was awful to try and sit in, it sank down into the middle from either side, which made it hard to get back up.

The staff was like family and so very accommodating. Immaculate room. Surprised with a full kitchen. Very lovely secluded location. Excellent price. No fear of critters (very important nowadays). Remodeled bathroom with excellent shower pressure and never ending hot water.

Smoking is not allowed in rooms must go on porch. But that’s pretty standard these days and understandable.
