The indoor waterslide is why we booked the hotel. (We had used this hotel in the past.) It was very nice, although between 12 -1 PM it's closed so the pool guy could balance the chemicals. It was inconvenient for us as we only had a specific window to enjoy the pool before going to family events.

The breakfast left a lot to be desired. Both days featured sausage, which I can't eat. It was turkey links one day and chicken the next. Once, they put out bacon. Being diabetic, sausage is not preferred. The eggs (scrambled) tasted horrible, and the egg omelets were like rubber. The bathroom door (king room) was loud to shut since it's double doors

Very clean and the free breakfast is awesome.

The woman at the front desk wasn’t very friendly. I asked for the late check out time so my child could enjoy the pool a little longer she walks in and says “u need to get out of the pool” and continues to walk around and close up the water slide. Doesn’t explain why. It was 10:55. I had to say to her what’s wrong she said “clean”. I’m like okk. When we first went towards pool she was standing at the desk looked right at us. Had my bathing suit on. The door was locked to pool. I go back and said “good morning my card isn’t opening the door “. She said I have to unlock it. So she continued to stand there and make me wait. Very strange.

I didn’t like the fact that there was no adult supervision at the pool . There was no one watching the kids at the skid or at the pool and the kids were totally out of control. I asked one of the kids that was on duty to do some thing because I thought somebody was going to get hurt but she did nothing . Kids were going down the slide 2 at a time and going down head first and just not following any rules . At one point I think she feel asleep. Our fist morning we were at breakfast and the waffle machine ran out of waffle mix and the girl told us she was all by herself and it was to busy that she couldn’t get any more waffle mix . Very disappointed.

Breakast was nothing special and was disappointed at the selections. There were no cooks making fresh custom omelets or eggs and the sausage was the worse . The potatoes were cold. No fruit except for tiny apples. Needless to say not a high light of the stay and will try other hotels in the area to see if they do better. Need a computer and found you have no business center. Location was the best aspect with amenities nearby and a shopping center/restaurants across the street and being lose to other retail and restaurants. Liked being close to a freeeway.

Spend more on help preparing hot and custom breakfasts and less need for all the housekeeping staff as much as you had. I suggets a revamp of menus. Ate breakst 2 out of 3 days there and only lacking last one as had to leave very early for the airport on the third morning.

Close to family event. Room was clean.

Room to close to elevators. Heard all kinds of conversations at all hours. 4th floor had bad weed smell lingering. Fb- get more waffle irons. One iron for a Saturday morning rush was not ideal. Line 10 ppl deep. Watch your exp dates on drinks in the cooler in the store. Bought one and it was expired. Had to go back down to get it swapped. An offer to credit me for the bev would have been nice. That’s why I rated staff lower.

The room was very clean. I liked the different types of pillows to choose from- I liked the mobile tv tray to eat or drink on in the lounge/desk area. I really enjoyed the breakfast a lot-The selection was great, the food tasted great.The area was kept very clean & orderly. The Little Western omelettes, sausage pattie’s & Rosemary potatoes were perfectly seasoned & hot. The make ur own waffles were fun & perfect. I loved the Cinnamon syrup offered. I never saw that before! It was like the Cinnamon filling of a Cinnamon bun! Delicious! The warm chocolate chip cookie was tasty. I was very glad to see the Earth-friendly steps taken like recyclable/paper plates & refillable shampoo & other bottles- I wish all hotels were Earth-friendly. I didn’t get a chance to use the pool but it looked nice, with a tall ceiling- The strip mall across the road has some good choices for food- I liked the 24 hr.coffee station. I will be glad to return.

I wish the TV was able to tilt towards both beds more-It was mostly visible to only 1 bed. I didn’t see any recycle bins-I took cans & recyclables home with me-

The facility was extremely clean. The moment we walked in you could smell how clean it was. The room was bigger than expected. The bathroom is set up weird, the full length mirror is in a spot that makes it difficult to take selfies. Not that that is important, just note worthy LOL. Beds were comfortable and the linens smelled clean. Breakfast was stocked full even towards the end of the timeframe & the staff were helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Super close to the Hartford Healthcare Ampitheater, only about 15 mins. A lot of restaurants & stores nearby, CVS directly next door which was great. Very well worth the $$ for the one night we stayed!

The moment you walk into this hotel you're greeted with a smiling face at the front desk. It smells like a high luxury hotel (yes I said smell lol) The breakfast had a lot of options. The breakfast area was very clean and the staff continued to stock throughout breakfast. The entire staff was wonderful to everyone I traveled with. The front desk jumped over hoops to help our entire group stay on the same floor and she was knowledgeable about the area. Amy Colon (front desk) made our entire experience a 10!!! She is one of the reasons we will be booking again.

The only thing I could suggested is larger pillows and 4 towels in a room.

From the minute you pull in the driveway you can see the building is beautifully maintained.. the rooms are beautiful and the service was excellent.. from the front desk to the breakfast ladies .. everyone was very nice and the breakfast is excellent.. we had are dogs with us so the room location was on the first floor near the exit.. worked perfectly.. I would stay here again for sure

There’s nothing I dislike

I love my room especially on the 6th floor and everything was brand new. I was not crazy about breakfast didn't like the eggs or sausage The only thing I really had was yogurt and banana the coffee and juice was not good but I've never stayed anywhere where the breakfast was good so this is my real only complaint. My grandson and friend came to visit and use the pool and they had a blast so that was a bonus too. Overall the hotel was very clean.
