My stay there for several weeks, in general was exceptional ... I utilized the pool ,gym and the restaurant with my family. Most importantly ... Catherine, my room attendant was a bright spot in each of my days, offered a lovely clean bed and room. she greeted me each and every morning she was there, with a smile and some pleasant dialogue She, noticed I was struggling a lil with being able to make a meal of some sort in my room, and asked if I could use a microwave- which surprised and excited me...! "Yes! I responded, "that would be a great help" , she then went to see if she could get me one, and did Just a few days later I brought in a cooler which further contributed to the comfort of my stay . I would have stayed until l January, but realized I needed a kitchen for such a duration. I am so grateful for all of the friendly ,helpful staff including the front desk personnel, always a smile , a professional greeting and answers to my inquiries, all which definitely helped to ease the trauma, of my (house fire) stay, Thank you All sooo much ! <3 Wishing you all the best ,Happy Holidays !

Good sheets and pillows. We liked the breakfast -particularly the fruit and granola but hot food too - but get there early - after 9 it is a zoo. We liked the property and parking. Front desk staff were great. Coffee also great.

The mattresses on the beds were not as comfortable as we expected. A little concave. Also, the breakfast staff were off - we did not know how to do the buffet - there was no one there to greet us and then - after we served ourselves - someone arrived with a bill and asking for a tip - that part was not good.

Booked a room for three. The room was small with two double beds. I can't remember when if ever I slept with my spouse in a double bed. Did not book with breakfast. Paid $15+ for the buffet that consisted of scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, cereal, and breads. Service is on the third day of your stay. I'm not sure if it's for the good of the environment or cost savings measure. Subsequent to my fourth night, I booked a room in Springhill Hotel of the Marriott brand in Lumberton, NC. Very big room with two queen beds. Half the price, (Weekday). Even the coffee was better.

The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in!

The deposit took too long to go back into my account, it's been a week and it still isnt there. Also I dont understand why there is such a significant difference in the deposit if you used cash instead of putting it on my card.

I'm preparing to move into a new condo in a few days. I wanted to be close to my new condo location. This location was perfect. I was able to further familiarize myself with the area. Tried a few restaurants! Worked on the condo!

The only letdown was the lack of coffee at the hotel and the immediate area. You have to run to Target to get a decent cup of coffee. The hotel and area in general needs a great coffee house or cafe or tea room.

Best location ever! A cross from Target on one side a Big Y a supermarket on the other side. Very clean very professional very friendly and super kind.

The food for 3 days I ordered salmon fish each day the fish was under cooked. The Brussels spout was burned .

Room 565 - you should check out the mattress (Nasty - with the stains) - The sheets were not able to cover it up. You guys should changed the mattress - it's really bad, really Room was a bit dated

The hotel was large and very nice. Clean rooms and very comfortable beds. Staff was very friendly as well.

You have to pay for a buffet breakfast and the restaurant doesn't open until 5pm. Also there is only 1 washing machine and 1 dryer and it costs $2.75 to do a load of wash.

Couldn’t figure out how to use WiFi. Also specifically booked king size bed with rollout bed for extra person. No sheets or pillow or blankets on rollout so had to call the desk. Also only two bath towels provided for three adults

The room Service time, took longer than expected. The pluming was not well drains were clocked in room. There was towel in room with stains.
