It was very close to my families house and right off the interstate so it was very easy to get to as well. It had adequate choice of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel if I didn’t want to get out into traffic and a gas station with a car wash as well. It’s my favorite place to stay when I come visit.

Essentially, the property was great. My only complaint was I had asked more than once about an extended checkout time. Both associates at the front desk told me to call in the morning. I had a late night event with my family the night before which was the purpose for my travel and wanted a little extra time to sleep in and have breakfast before I hit the road. I wasn’t really able to do this because I had to be up and budget my time accordingly because nobody could commit to an answer. Kind of defeated the purpose of my request. In the morning it was denied. It was kind of disappointing but other than that displace is awesome Every other time I have stayed here.

the embassy suites are quiet, big rooms, beds are king size, a desk area in the room, a business area if needed. there is breakfast that is free, i just wish they would extend the hours till 10:00 because check out is 11:00. they have a pool and spa and big place under cover with tables and chairs near the pool. a good thing where the hotel is located are restaurants if you don't want to eat dinner in the hotel [ mr tequila yum, rib city yum, and culvers yum ]

Check-in was easy, Eve was lovely and had suggestions on what to see. Breakfast was great, good choice of hot and cold food. I didn’t see anything for gluten free, like bread or cereals, but I enjoyed the scrambled eggs, fruit and yogurt. We also enjoyed the drinks hour the evening before, snacks, wine, beer and cocktails were available and soft drinks for the kids.

Some gluten free bread or pastries would be nice for breakfast.

We booked Queen size beds but the beds where Full size at best. That's OK for a one night stay, but I would expect a proper sized bed if I was staying for several nights to get good rest.

Had to leave early Sunday hitting the road at 7am for a long trip and couldn't enjoy breakfast. I asked the front desk if there was a possibility for us to take the breakfast to go and they told us that it was not possible due to lack of containers or something. That is unfortunate considering the service is already payed for. For this reason, we had to spend additional money at a local diner for breakfast.

Was given a voucher for 2 free drinks in the evening. The lady at the bar would not make a non alcoholic drink for me without charging me. If it would have been a regular drink she would have honored my vouchers. What difference does it make to her whether my drink had acholol or not.

The front desk staff was very polite and attentive. The hotel is spectacular as you walk in, and it even smells amazing! The room was very clean, stocked and very spacious. Also, great location. My husband and I would definitely stay again!

Honestly, I think it's a little more expensive than other hotels but it's definitely worth it.

Enjoyed the room , the breakfast and afternoon hour. Pool was nice

Having stayed in Nashville I was disappointed with snacks-very minimal . The pool was VERY noisy with work being done on doors/bathroom.

It’s one of the big embassy suites that the rooms look over the courtyard. Had separate living room with side kitchen and separate make up area with small sink in bedroom. Really nice. Came with a really good breakfast with omlette to order.

Everything was awesome. Wouldn’t change anything.

The hot breakfast was better than most hotels that offer a continental breakfast . convenient location, we had a super late flight arrival and was able to reach the front desk to advise them that we were delayed

The room is a bit dated and rooms could use a refresh; the tub surface was worn that it looked dirty (room 220)

The room was perfect, some space to relax when the kids are sleeping. Afternoon drinks and snacks are a nice bonus. All was clean and well maintained. The hot tub was a fun addition to the facilities. Breakfast had many options but we missed pancakes/waffles.
