No Free Shuttle. Room Prices too high

The room was clean and the bed comfortable.

Breakfast was disappointing and the staff seemed frustrated. To be fair, there were alot of guests there at the same time.

Location was great. Staff were really nice and helpful. Although shuttle stopped at 11pm, I took a Lyft from the airport that cost $15. The breakfast was really good. I stayed to rest during a 10 hour layover and I was able to get some really good sleep. My room was clean and bed was soft and comfortable. I would most definitely stay here again. The morning shuttle driver was on time and it was only a 10 ride to the airport.

It would be nice if they offered complimentary toiletries, I didn’t have my suitcase so my tooth brush wasn’t available to me. They did have one for purchase tho.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and very nice and the breakfast was good. Pool is non existent but they did shuttle us down the road to their "sister" hotel as we got there decently early before check in. The pool area there was nice but water was cold cold. The bed was comfy. The lobby was pretty.

The rooms were okay. Bed was clean and shower was clean. Other wise it looked like they tried to bandage a lot with paint. The chair in the corner looked old and dusty and dirty. The lamp shades were dirty and very rusty. There was very clearly mold in the bathroom behind the wallpaper that was holding on by dear life. There were ants in the sink. We were there just one night so we managed. For the price we would have stayed elsewhere had it been a longer stay. Three star hotel at best if you go in with those expectation you'll be good. Fort Lauderdale pricing for hotels is high.

The staff was nice. Ms.Caleen I believe was her name was amazing and very helpful. Her expertise and customer service was top notch. There was another younger woman there maybe in her early twenties who we loved as well. She was very friendly and helpful as well. Such a sweetheart. Wish i remembered her name.

We waited almost 2 hours for a shuttle to the hotel luckily my father lives in the area and I had to reach out to him for help because we couldn’t wait any longer. That was stressful enough. The morning that we were leaving the hotel I noticed I ate mold that was on some banana muffin. I reported it to a male staff at the front desk who then asked me to report it to the kitchen staff. I did. They inspected it and just said sorry. I am a pregnant woman. I felt that situation could’ve bin handled way better. We stayed for 2 nights only.

The shuttle bus doesn't work after 10:30pm, I had to pay an Uber to get there. If I've known this I would have chosen a different hotel. I asked the front desk employee if they had purchased another waffle machine because a line forms and he answered: "Come early" . That's not a way to treat a guest. I reserved the shuttle in the morning, then I was informed that I had I had to wait for another hour but the front desk employee was extremely caring and found another shuttle for us. She was great! Our travel agent told us we would have to pay $200-$300 minimum for our 1-night stay in Ft. Lauderdale. But I researched and found our room for $125, next to 2 very expensive hotels. Breakfast left something to be desired. Location was great. Shuttle was waiting at the curb of the airport. Room seemed to be renovated, but table lamps needed new shades. Bath had been remodeled. Morning shuttle was readily available and was only $15 to port. Overall a GREAT DEAL!

The hotel was fine, bed comfortable, room clean. 2 blinds on window blocking light. When we looked out window extremely dirty. Maybe for the best as there ended up being a shootout outside in the next parking lot. FBI in flack gear arresting people, car being taped up and towed....scary stuff. But..... we had a nice stay...hotel can't control stuff like that.

Only one elevator working as second was out of order. We sometimes took the stairs.

The room was very good. Cozy and comfortable. It was big and it offered free coffee in the room. Also there was free coffee in the lobby available 24/7. The location of the hotel was very good, just off the highway.

The TV was malfunctioning and the lamp covers were pretty gross. They had like rust marks on it. They definitely need replacement. The breakfast was good, but on one day everybody came at the same time and then they ran out of everything and there was no space to sit. It took them quite a while to refill everything, even though the breakfast was quite simple.

The location was very good. At check-in, Mr. Jose was very helpfull and professional.

The lady at check in was very rude and unprofessional. Did not know what she was doing. Had hard time with her. Very I Unpleasant We has 4 rooms booked and paid in full. She could not find them. Not even after I gave her the reservation, she still tels me she has no reservation for me. Thanks to the gentleman Jose that was also behind the counter that saved the day.
