I liked the room, the messages written everywhere, reminding me to chill and take care of myself… I liked the food at the restaurant downstairs and the navette to the airport. The receptionist let me use the pool after check out (my luggage was kept in a deposit for me.

Could not find the navette at the airport (no clear directions) so I took a taxi. I also found the (overwhelmed) receptionist coldish and providing sterile service. She even wrote the number of my room badly and I went to the wrong floor pushing my heavy luggage’s in a long corridor! I also didn’t like that the restaurant closed at some hours (3 to 6 pm?). The swimming pool was clean but it took me 20 minutes to get in (the gate functioning was not explained to me). Costumers were smoking by the pool which makes it unpleasant to the swimmers! The number of sun beds and umbrella were very limited and some costumers were sitting on normal chairs and in the sun.

TY & DD go out of their way to help you out & friendly. We got there early due to a red-eye flight for a cruise & did not have a reservation, saw EVEN Hotel Miami online & booked a room. Called to get the shuttle & met DD. After we were in our room & ate dinner at the restaurant we asked TY what she recommended to do for a night in Miami. Very friendly & Dawn helped us out too. Would stay again, just make reservations ahead of time :)

When we went to the front desk after the day shift changed to the night shift let’s just say night shift needs to take a lesson from day shift with personality, friendliness & helpfulness. If I was arriving during this shift my perspective would have been totally different. TY had told us that the front desk would be able to help us out since we weren’t from there & when we asked he told us we were to do it ourselves. Didn’t get his name only know it was the night shift on 4/5-4/6/2024. So we asked someone else who was sitting in the computer area named Dawn & she showed us & helped us out.

I can honestly say that this was one of my favorite hotels I’ve ever stayed at, and I travel a lot. Abby at the front desk was amazing. He had excellent customer service skills and was very pleasant at check-in. The shuttle service was very convenient from the airport and was easy to find. The room was very nice and clean and cozy. The pillows and bed were so comfortable. I slept for 13 hours straight. I ended up having to stay an additional night and was not mad about it at all. Daniel helped me with my check in process for that day and he was very pleasant as well! I got the Lakeview and it was so beautiful and very nice to look at. My only complaint is that the room doesn’t get cold enough for me but I think that’s preference. Overall, really enjoyed my stay, and would definitely come back!

We loved the breakfast available. My grandson enjoyed the waffles and fruits. The restaurant staff was accommodating and friendly. The Hotel smelt exceptionally fresh and clean throughout the hallway, Elevator and the rooms. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Loved that they had a little area in the room where you could workout if you wish to do so. The Front desk staff was welcoming as you entered.

The room was exceptionally clean. The bedding was very comfortable. The air conditioning was fine but could be better. It wasn't cool enough to my liking.

The furniture in the lobby was severely outdated and dare I say, dirty. You definitely need to either deep clean it or just replace it altogether.

Excellent outdoor area with pool, lake view, and picnic and chess playing tables, all surpassing my expectations for the affordable price and proximity to the airport with free shuttle included to the airport, modern area inside as well, great room, great computer tables, lounging area

reception area is small and a bit too tight compared to the much larger space behind it

At arrival we were not told that breakfast which was included needed a voucher. And the second key card was not programmed correctly so when we went to the front desk they told us to wait until next day. So the next morning at breakfast the male server did not let us know about the voucher. We order and when we left we were stopped by the female server. We went directly to the front desk and the issue was resolved expeditiously. The following morning we had the voucher. The attention was fine from the female server and the male server was serving with the correcf attitude but we noticed that as soon the floor was busy witbh customer his stress level rised. Recommend to get more staffing. And give them.customer service training fro. Your waitress.

I loved the size of the room. The room was temperature controlled, The food from the lobby was delicious. The kitchen staff was wonderful. The ease of getting in and out of the parking garage, and the safety using the elevator with key card

The front desk service was not so great, she could of explained how the elevator and garage worked. Could not get the hot water to work for a hot shower, no microwave in room, no complementary coffee in lobby. The ants and the silverfish were a little surprising.

Property was nice. Our room had a few of the canal and there was mantees out there.

they need more staff at the front desk. They won’t allow you to check in until exactly 3 PM unless you want to pay quite a bit more to check in early. They have three different prices based on how early you want to check in. Right at 3pm everyone waiting shows up and there is only one person to check everyone in and it takes quite a bit of time because that person also has to answer the phones, get peoples luggage that were stored and check everyone in. Front desk person was very friendly but wait is crazy. The same experience was true at check out.

Good price, worked for what I needed, staff was nice enough, bed was comfy, very unique to have a workout corner in each room

Front desk got extra hangers up to me right when I asked but never got extra towels up after telling me it’d be about 45 minutes. Kind of a sketchy are, not enough parking, you get charged each time you leave the parking garage $5 during the day along with the advertised $15 a night. Some imperfections throughout the hotel to make it look more low end
