Good place to spend a night near the airport. The rooms are nice and clean, the staff is kind. Also the lobby is interestanting, having a bar where you can eat or drink. Free parking is possible at the property. Also they have a nice pool. They are also offering you shuttles to the airport. Miami intermodal station, where you can rent a car or take a bus to another city, is 15 minutes walking.

The sound of the ventilator/AC which could be annoying in the night. Also the breakfast should be included in the room price. 15 dollars for each person is a lot for what I saw there.

Everything was very good

The transfer service back to the airport. A vehicle arrived and driver saying he was the hotel transfer - he obviously wasn’t as no markings on the bus. He said the price was the same - he took a few of us to the airport and then added the parking fee for each of us onto the price. I did not pay him the parking fee, it was obviously a scam.

Lovely rooms, comfortable, easy check in, staff very friendly and helpful.

We forgot to give our flight details and had no way of contacting hotel to arrange shuttle pick up. Did email and message on booking but no reply, but was our own fault. There was a lot of noise from parties and loud guests.

The quietness of the place

The genitor lady was being bored by my presence , she could make up her face every time she sees me. And also I was blocked from getting breakfast by some guy, i had come from the airport around 0945hrs going to my room on the 6th floor to leave my bags and set up I came down the stairs and got to the dining at 0958hrs wen the dining was still open. Wen I was about to enter the guy who was serving rushed and blocked 🚫 me put up the cable string and said we are closed. I was so hungry I went to my room and had to call a taxi to roam around Miami looking for food. 1 more thing my suggestion please do not close the bar we want the bar the whole day. We came 4 a holiday we need to enjoy

The hotel is super nice, clean, and smells amazing.

That the airport shuttle stops at a certain time. Also that there isnt a shuttle to the cruise port.

This hotel has changed to Kompose Hotel. It no longer exists as a Raddison. We booked while it was a raddison that offered an airport shuttle. The Kompose does not, but they provided complimentary Lyft service.

Hey Booking.com….you did not inform us of the change. When we tried to contact the hotel to let them know of our late arrival, the message we got was that the hotel no longer existed. We should have been informed of the change. It was quite a problem to get this sorted out. In the end, the Kompose Hotel was top notch, but booking.com was not.

Location of the hotel was great. It was only about a 5 minutes drive from the airport. Also the hotel was clean. And the rooms ware spacious enough. And Dolphin mall is not that far from the hotel. And the breakfast was more than enough.

The rooms where a little bit sober. Not that it borthered me. And sometimes you could hear the grayhound busses backing up in the parking space on the other side of the street.

The Raddison Red is going for a "hip" look - exposed concrete floors and ceilings, unusual wall graphics, etc. It was reasonably comfortable - king bed was very nice and the room was quite large. Airport shuttle was very welcome.

They need to do something about their phone service. Upon arriving at the airport, we tried to call to get more information on the shuttle and could not get though to anyone - disconnected several times. Neither front desk nor "transport desk" answered. Very frustrating. Fortunately, just as we were about to give up and take a taxi, the shuttle showed up. The "restaurant" had very limited choices and uncomfortable seating.

The room was clean and spacious, with everything I needed. No carpet, contemporary design.

The 5AM shuttle bus just wasn't there... he came 10 minutes later. Small details: TV didn't work, tissue box was empty, almost ran out of toilet paper- there was no extra roll

Shuttle from airport to hotel worked well (there is one every 30 minutes). Unlike all the other hotel shuttles there was no clear sign on the bus that it belongs to the Radisson RED. Enormous queue at reception, when we arrived, so we waited at the nearby bar with an expensive drink. For us the best about the hotel was the room. It was spacious and it was on the 6th, the top floor with a big window. We were not bothered by airplane noise. The bathroom was fine too.

What we liked the least about the hotel was the restaurant, with slow service, limited choice and low quality of the food.
