Property was nice.

The front doors are not automatic for the disabled. I’m disabled. I’m in a motor scooter. The doors we very difficult to open especially when you are trying to bring luggage in. They need at least one automatic door opener for handicapped individuals. I will not stay at this hotel again because it’s not handicapped equipped. Also, even though we rented a non smoking room, we kept smelling marjunna. We complained, but nothing was done until the last day of our stay. It was a problem for me because I sleep with a sleep apnea machine.

It was within 20 minutes of my job site. I am working three hours away from home. My biggest concern is how bad Booking.com is going to hit my credit card for using their service of finding the hotel.

Property was fine. I stayed in better, I’ve stayed in worse. I am really glad my vehicle didn’t get broken too, like it was at a different place down the road a couple years ago.

I liked that the bathroom it’s nice and big. Also that it’s cheap.

I dont like the rooms are very dirty.There was blood on 3 covers and they didn’t change it or clean the room the floor is dirty the bed is dirty it’s never clean the cost doesn’t match the quality for it be be called quality inn just very dissatisfied and disappointed in it.

Nice and quiet. Close to the highway and shops.

The carpets in the rooms and hallway are nasty, old and very sticky! I suggest that it should be replaced. I made this same observation a year ago and I see it's still the same. Although it is clean, the dirty old floors hold a very musty mildewy smell!

The staff was great!! The breakfast was good, they had a waffle maker! Coffee and orange was tasty. If we are ever back and need a place to stay we will definitely stay with Quality!

The bathtub was scary with just one handle for safety

The location was great, right at the interstate, shops and restaurants near by. A pet friendly facility, there was green space available outside for me to walk my dog, and I liked being separated from other vacationationers because I had my dog with me. When I brought to the attention of the front desk staff that someone had spilled something sticky all over the elevator floor, they attended to it right away.

At 2:00 in the morning, someone had some food that smelled really bad and the smell came into my room, it was very offensive and sickening. Had me thinking my dog had did something in the room, but he didn't, the smell was in the hallway too.

I like that it was close to the expressway. And shopping was close also. The staff was friendly.

This is the second time I stayed and the atm was still out of order. I had to go to the first floor to get ice and pop.

Nice size room, I needed a quite room after a hospital test, and my room was just that. After getting back from the test I was able to get the rest I needed without noises. Thank you.

They were very accommodating. When I arrived somehow my reservation was canceled, but they restored it at the same rate.

Proximity to my activities

I paid for my stay in advance. They added 90 cents charge to my credit card AFTER I’d stayed there with no explanation. I called and they set the phone on the counter until I hung up. I realize this is a small amount, but is this how they make profits? Randomly adding charges to a credit card?
