The breakfast was very tasty, and the fact that there's a Denny's right next doors is a plus. Major stores and restaurants were in a short diving distance.

The only thing I didn't like is the fact that when I booked my room through booking.com I choose to pay at the property. My son and I asked the "red head" at the front desk if we could check in earlier. She stated the rooms were still occupied by guest until check out. Once my son and I returned to check in the gentleman at the front desk checked us in. This is where it went left for me! During check in the guy asked for my name and identification, after that he goes you're all set you've already been charged. 😡😤 I kept my composure and say I chose to pay at the property, so I should not have been charged yet. TO ME THAT'S STEALING BECAUSE I CHOSE TO PAY AT THE PROPERTY, AND THE RED HEAD CHARGED MY CARD BEFORE WE EVEN CHECKED IN. THIS IS A BIG NO NO MOVING FORWARD!!!

Breakfast was a huge deal for us. The food was very great. Very well prepared and delicious. The eating area was very clean and well kept. Very good job on food selections.

I would have liked for housekeeping to check in with us. We needed coffee in our room. When I made the first pot a used coffee filter was still in it, showing that it had not been cleaned. Easy oversight I'm sure because the rest of the room was very clean. After driving for 6 straight hours we appreciated the coffee we had available to us.

It wasn’t crowded, the pool was great (the whole reason we got the room, breakfast was good, staff was super friendly and welcoming.

The only thing that kind of bothered me about the room was the windows. They had did something to seal them shut I’m assuming, but it caused our windows to fog and have a bunch of condensation on them. So we couldn’t see out of them by the next morning and my kids had wanted to watch the airplanes depart and arrive from the airport right by us. Wasn’t a mark or thing. Other then that I didn’t see anything that I didn’t like

Room was large and everything worked. Beds were comfy, and there was a lot of seating. There were multiple outlets by the beds. Hot water was hot, not lukewarm.

Room was a "work in progress ", with unpainted patched areas and wall damaged covered rather than fixed. Some of the fixtures were a bit dated, and the room didn't have USB ports. Water pressure was not that great, but it was sufficient.

The Breakfast is great when you stay at the property. I always like the waffles with butter and syrup, as well as the complimentary coffee and juice. The Bagels are always toasted just the way I like and when I add cream cheese I'm happy as I can be.

We were coming from Kansas City for the Funeral of my wife's aunt Ruth Coulter. With the importance of the event I was positive we would be there so I saved a few dollars and and booked a Non-Refundable reservation. My wife was recovering from Pneumonia and she was sure we would be able to attend the funeral. Famous last words. Wife's Pneumonia flared up and we were not able to attend. I contacted the hotel directly to let them know we would not be using the room for the two nights we reserved, as a courtesy to the front desk. Was not asking for a refund or credit!

The pool and hot tub were open and clean. The pool was warm not cold. I half expected them to be closed because a lot of hotels use Covid as an excuse to not be open. But they were wonderful! Good breakfast. We had to ask for a box of Kleenex and the coffee pot was dusty inside, but the bed was comfortable and everything was really nice. They were painting, but it was not an inconvenience and it was good to see they were keeping things up. I was very happy with my stay.

The coffee pot was dusty inside and we had to clean it before we could use it. The Kleenex box only had 1 Kleenex in it so we had to go ask for a box. I don’t think the coffee pot was really their fault.

The location was excellent, close to an event we were attending. The room was very comfortable (beds, shower) and the breakfast offered a lot of choices. The desk clerk allowed a late check out.

We could hear noise form the hall, but it ended by 10 pm. The scrambled eggs were obviously made from powder and were not very tasty.

Arrived at 2355 from the Evansville airport after a 15 hour stretch from Australia. The lady at reception was very welcoming. Understood we were tired. She left a note for the morning shift than enabled us to vacate our room at 1o'clock. The shower was excellent, just what we needed. Breakfast was perfect, a wide selection of everything!! The staff was very friendly and helpful. It had a full breakfast. As soon as someone was finished making something, a staff member was cleaning the area, and she cleaned the tables and swept the floor after diners finished. The pool and sauna were very clean and nice to have.

This is always my go to stop in evansville. It has exceptional breakfast that has a wide range of breakfast foods. The pool is open till ten I personally think with it being in a separate building it could stand to stay open till at least midnight on weekend. But it's still one of my favorites.

The hot tub seems to be underpeforming. Had to ask the front desk if they could turn the temp up on my last few stays here and it's usally everyone in the hottub complaining about the temp. Also when I stayed a group of older teenage girls kept getting into the hottub and put somthing in the water and I had to take a cup and collect what looked like tiny plastic balls to the front desk cuz there were thousands floating all over our body.
