We liked that the standard check out time was an hour later than a lot of hotels generally are. The rooms and beds were comfortable and clean. The location was convenient. The staff were friendly. Overall, we were very happy with our stay. We would stay here again anytime.

They had a large charge on your credit card that took quite awhile to be refunded for incidentals. I have never had a hotel actual charge and refund these fees before. Generally, a hold is placed and later drops but, here, it was an actual charge and refund. Also, when walking into the stairwell corridor from outside, it had a musty cat pee type of smell. In the grand scheme of dislikes, that is pretty trivial as it was only in that small area and not a place you would typically be for any significant amount of time.

Breakfast was great! Two flavors of waffles, eggs and sausage, cold cereal, bagels, toast, yogurt. Three choices of juice. Coffee was great and you could get that round the clock in the lobby! Jacuzzi tub in our room was great!

The water pressure in the shower was a little less than last time we stayed. Otherwise everything else was excellent! The jacuzzi tub in our room was awesome.

Breakfast was good - nice variety. Staff was friendly - provided good recommendations for local restaurants. The facility was able to honor my request for a first floor room near an exit - I have mobility issues and walking distances can be challenging. Big thank you for the accomodation!

Room could have been cleaner. Found the prior guest's underwear in the office chair - black undies on black chair - kind of hard to see - need that attention to detail!! Speaking of such - I had to remake my bed. The bed appeared to have been made beautifully but, when climbing into bed, I discovered the top sheet had been put on sideways. The indoor pool water was too cool for me - the rest of the family enjoyed the pool.

The breakfast was great. The front desk personnel were wonderful and understanding. My wife broke her arm on Sunday so we had to go to the ER on Monday which took a lot of time. The front desk gave us an extra 1-1/2 hours to check out. We greatly appreciated that!!!Nothing

The cost.

The breakfast was pretty good. Kids loved the little waffles. The room was nice and clean. The grand babies loved the pool so much. Will definitely be staying again when visiting family.

Liked most everything a lot so if I would have to say something at all it would be that it would be nice to have biscuits and gravy as an option and sweet rolls instead of muffins.

I liked the size of the room and the bathroom. I also liked that the property was directly connected to the conference center where I had an event to attend.

I didn't like that my room was right next to an area of the hotel that was undergoing renovations and was loud at times.

The staff was friendly. we had a large group and our rooms were placed close together. The breakfast was great. we had multiple young children and they all had their breakfast needs met. including one with a dairy allergy. The beds were extremely comfortable. My husband usually cannot sleep well away from home and he slept! We made use of the pool. There is a deep and a shallow end. The pool hours till 11:00 pm allowed us to enjoy our day out and still swim afterwards.

We only stayed one night. It worked out well. Everyone enjoyed themselves. Room was clean and comfy. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good.

Room was a little small. But we only needed it for one night. So it worked just fine. We had 4 people in a double queen room. Can't really think of anything we didn't like.

Great place with great staff! Great rates also.There was a water main break, but that was out of their control. Sometimes stuff like that happens. They got us booked for the rest of our stay at another hotel. If we come back to the area we will stay here.

Extremely close to CMU campus. Our room was on the first floor. The front desk staff was welcoming and friendly.

The desk chair needs to be replaced. Worn fabric (leather-like material) was peeling off and transferring to our clothing.
