Where our room was located, near the rear door by the exit for the pool was nice, and we were right near the ice machine and washer/dryer, and near where our car was parked in the lot, so the conveniences was nice

Our bed made a loud noise when sitting at the foot of the bed and you can't bring the breakfast that is offered by the hotel to your room, and it starts at 6a and ends at 9a, that's kind of early for people on vacation, it should be 7a to 10:30

Was over all very happy, clean, staff very nice. Room looked clean didn't not smell like smoke, matter of fact smelled pleasantly clean, the room stocked and clean. No stains on anything the bathroom was clean ,and so was the shower ( I had smoking Room)

WI-Fi sucks and didn't know how to work tv guess it runs off WI-Fi too. Poor , poor service. Needs to do better in this.

Hot breakfast, clean and comfortable bed, hallway entrances to room, fridge and coffee pot, clean bathroom, trees outside window, all good for the price

Breakfast closed at 9 on the dot just when most folks were coming down or still eating. Ugly gray carpeting and walls everywhere.

I loved the swimming pool and other friendly guests. Felt like a community of regular guests and travelers. The free breakfast and compassionate staff made my stay unforgettable

There was nowhere to sit outside other than by the pool .

Staff was nice and room was nice size. The pool was nice. Easy to get to off the highway and centrally located to where we needed to be.

Would have liked to have bigger towels to use and better shampoo products. Also breakfast ended at 9 which is early

I liked the breakfast, and I liked that they had tea and not just coffee in the room.

I didn't like that there was an issue with the tv guide. It never showed what was on, I had to click on each channel to find something to watch.

Check in and out was easy, staff was polite and professional. Could use grab bars in the tub. Some of us are getting to need the bars to balance.

Not enough handicap parking. My husband can't walk very far.

We stayed for 2 days and nights staff was great the hotel smelled so good each time we left and returned

Waffles were great, coffee and orange juice was not. Nice little selection and convenient. Very friendly staff.

The coffee. And cleaning product(s) were very strongly scented for those with sensitivities. Too strong. 😬

Smoking rooms available. I hate it when our segment of the population is forgotten about.

Had to ask for towels and washcloths. But then again this seems to be a problem at all hotels these days not just Quality Inn.
