Nice enough overnight stay. Reception girl was very friendly & gave us some nice hints on places to visit locally. The room was a little tight, but ok. Bed was OK but not the comfiest for us. We prefer a harder bed. The pillows we're OK.

The breakfast room was very dark as no external windows. Not many AC sockets in the room & the one spare one was almost hanging off the wall near the window. Our bed had three brackets sticking out about 3" near the bottom that were covered by the bottom canopy cover. My Wife caught her leg on one as she didn't see it & it really shouldn't be like that, especially in America where everyone wants to sue someone for nothing. I did point it out on leaving & the same girl seemed concerned for my Wife, so we left it at that.

ROOM WAS CLEAN, NEAT, COMFORTABLE AND WARM. STAFF WAS WARM WELCOMING AND VERY ACCOMMODATING. MY SISTER AND I ARE BOTH IN OUR LATE SEVENTIES SO WE HAD DINNER AT THIS LOCATION AND THE ANGUS BACON CHEESEBURGER WAS DELICIOUS. BREAKFAST WAS GREAT. EGGS, POTATOES, SAUSAGE, ORANG JUICE WHO COULD ASK FOR ANYTHING MORE. BUT THERE WAS IF YOU WANTED, CEREAL MUFFINS WAFFLES AND MORE. THE WOMAN IN CHARGE OF BREAKFAST WAS CHARMING, AND MADE YOU FEEL LIKE YOU WERE SITTING AT A FRIENDS TABLE AND NOT AT A HOTEL.

We have stayed at this location several times. The room was fine and the breakfast was very good, especially the waffle...In the evening we always stopped in at the bar and had coffee and dessert, Cheese cake is yummy. This location is close to all the places we visit while in the area. Easy in and out.

Parking was a little tight. The door on the side going to the side parking lot was very annoying. The closing device was not working properly and the door would shut very hard causing a loud noise. Our room was very close to that door so every time someone came in or out you would hear it. On our way to breakfast the first morning we ran into the maintenance man and mentioned it. He fixed it right away. Just I minor adjustment.

The room they gave to me had a small TV in it, which looked to replace the one that was taken off the wall, so I asked as soon as I walked into the room if we could get another room that had a bigger TV and the woman at the desk was so rude and kept asking if we touched the room and we kept saying no but after a few more discussions she finally gave us a room with a bigger TV that was attached to the wall.. I just didn't like how rude she was being toward us

Place was under renovation. Upgrades look nice and staff was great. Breakfast was a very nice spread.

Strangely toilets seem low to ground compared to other commercial hotels, the lock on our door gave us trouble locking when we were leaving for dinner and i think our tv remote batteries were dying. We couldnt change channels or turn off tv once it was on. We got back from a function after midnight and tried to call FD for new batteries but no answer. All minor stuff still was a very good location for the price near Rt 80.

The property looks like it is well maintained. The room itself was very clean, the sheets and bedding were very nice and comfy to sleep in. The bonus for someone like myself who is allergic to cigarettes and its odor, appreciated that the floors in the room were prefab floors and not rugs.

Walking in the hallways the carpet smelled like cigarettes

Very nice staff and helpful. The breakfast was included with the stay; staff handling the breakfast service did an excellent job. Close to the Water Gap and Downtown Stroudsburg.

I really wished there was a luggage rack in the room. Shampoo and conditioner was not great but at least they offered it.

As a returning customer this location serves our needs.

I was surprised to see that there was no outlets to allow us to connect electronic devices such as laptops or cell phones. Lucky for me during this trip I had a high-yield power bank that served the purpose but I did bring this to the attention of the front desk but I don't think the clerk really cared.

I cannot say enough good things about the staff. my daughter left behind a cherished possesion that would seem meaningless to most. The staff went above and beyond to help us locate it after we got home and realized it was left behind. The accommodations were very nice. Everything was clean and breakfast was excellent. Thank You Quality Inn management and staff !!

It’s clean it’s friendly. It suits all my needs that I need for the weekend. The toilet seat was broken in my room and the pillows could be softer but otherwise I have a wonderful day every time. I’m a repeat customer. Very happy with my trip.
